I am only providing 1 star because Google wont allow me to select ZERO for Rolling Meadows florist as my husband and I had used them in 2011 for our wedding and have utilized them several times since for anniversary bouquets, etc. I placed an order on behalf of my family for a funeral service for a family member. The order was placed on a Thursday around 1pm. Everything went through fine and I received an order confirmation. Monday morning I was en route to the services themselves when I received a call from my mother stating she received a call stating the florist called the funeral parlor and the services were over so the order would not be delivered. First, the services were most definitely not over as we were on our way there at the time. When she informed him of this he stated that there was no time on the order, the services were at 10am, it was now 9:30am and they would not be able to get an arrangement there in time. I called the florist in hopes that something would be done to make this right. I had used them in the past and specifically chose them over an online floral delivery service to give business to a local business. I was met with nothing but absolutely despicable customer service, absolutely nothing was done to make it right, several individuals tried but ultimately the owner did nothing, allowed his employees to do nothing, raised his voice with me and hung up on me SEVERAL times after calling back in an attempt to give them the opportunity to make it right. I was told that it was my fault for not putting a time on the request (I believe I had and if it was needed them it should be a required field on their website), they also had 2 1/2 days to review the request and reach out to myself or the funeral home if additional information was needed but that not only was not done, I was told that it was my responsibility to follow up to ensure it got their timely. Lastly, I was told that 10am on a Monday morning is an *odd, weird, ridiculous (whatever the wording was used) time to have a funeral service. Last time I checked we dont decide when we leave this world. I am utterly disgusted with them, will NEVER use them again and encourage others to find another local florist to support in place of them.

John and the Rolling Meadows Flowers team did my rehearsal dinner flowers and our weddingflowers on September 4th. The flowers were breathtakingly gorgeous and their level of professionalism was exceptional!I was thekind of bride who called John frequently and he always reassurred me by telling me " not to worry." I asked John to put crystals and pearls in my bridal boquet along with all the whiteroses and staphanotis and mybouquet was more than beautiful!!!I was more than happy!!! I highly recommend The Rolling Meadows Flowers enthusiastically! You will not have any regrets by going with them!!

I was called their worst nightmare, by one of their employees, while I was in there ordering flowers for my fathers wake. spoke to the owner and he was a very condescending arrogant rude man, I will no longer refer anyone I know to them or use them ever again, rolling Meadows needs a new florist to support, bet ween the owner and the employees I dont know what was worse. I am completely disgusted and think that they should be ashamed of the way they treat people. If a florist cant handle an order of 21 flowers, then they have no business being in business.

I recently got married in August and I got my flowers done by Rolling Meadows Florist; I was extremely pleased and the flowers looked absolutely beautiful! I knew with Rolling Meadows Florist I would be in good hands considering they did my sisters flowers for her wedding and she was extremely happy. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be using them for any flower needs that I have in the near future. Thank you so much for the great work!

This florist is awesome. I can call same day for delivery and its there within the hour. They have all my info on file so i dont have to repeat it each time. The service and quality is top notch, the flowers usually last for a week or more. I Love being able to just call up, even when out of town and place an order and know its done professionally and perfect. A must florist to keep on speed dial

I was very disappointed on my wedding day when I found that the flowers I ordered were NOT what I expected. Too many orange flowers and not enough yellow flowers. Dont trust anyone that says, dont worry it will look beautiful. I brought a picture of how I would like my my yellow flowers to look on the cake. It was all orange. Not pretty at all!

I live on the north end of Arlington Heights and the drive to get my flowers from here was 100% worth it. The owner is friendly and professional. A friend of mine paid almost 4 times the amount of what I did for the same quality flowers. Incredible Value for flowers. Would recommend everyone getting there flowers from here.
