Extremely unsatisfied by the product I ordered! I ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral service online through the funeral homes website. Once the flowers arrived THEY LOOKED HORRIBLE!! I ordered the premium package for the flowers, the arrangement I received looked patchy and lacking of flowers. I have pictures of both arrangements and the one I received is a poor representation of the one I ordered. I understand its the florist right to substitute flowers if needed but atleast make it look comparable. The order was placed on Friday for a service on Monday, no excuse for the lack of quality. I will be writing reviews on every website about my purchase in hopes of saving someone else the disappointment. I ordered the enchanted Cottage. Update: I changed my rating from 1 to a 4 star, for my direct contact with the florist. Despite the poor quality of the arrangement, for customer service I would rate the florist a 5 star .The florist contacted me immediately after I posted this review and expressed her sincere apologizes. She explained the arrangement I had ordered had been removed from their website due to the inability to make it look the same but unfortunately the funeral homes website it was still available for purchase. She expressed the willingness to make it right. She was very respectful and polite. In the future I will order directly through the florist not the website.

I placed an online order Saturday evening for a Sunday delivery as it was an available delivery option online and it never showed. I received a voice message Monday morning from Welkes satating that they received my order but were not able to complete the Sunday delivery as requested but instead would process now and deliver that same day Monday. I followed up on the voice message that Monday afternoon roughly noon time as I did not receive the flowers. They first stated that its getting late in the day and the driver wouldnt be able to deliver until Tuesday. I asked them to cancel and credit the order if they cant deliver Monday. Their response was that they would send it out that Monday evening and send me an email confirmation when delivered. Its now Tuesday and no flowers. This was my full experience up until Tuesday morning. Hope you find this post helpful.

I waited at home all day on Valentines day for a delivery ordered by a loved on in Australia.Well I never heard anyone knock or ring the bell, but found a card on the door that Wlke had left my flowers with a neighbor. A neighbor that I did not know by name. They have had my flowers all day without letting me know as they have always been extremely unfriendly.When I called Welke to let them know the above they were extremely UNhelpful ..saying "thats our policy, were busy". So basically you pay BIG bucks to ensure a special delivery and they toss them in the general vinicty and expect you to go hunting for them. If you ordered a pizza and they gave it to your nasty neighbor do you think people would just accept it as "Policy"? Welke will NEVER have my business and apparently they are unconcerned about it.

My title says it all. Prior to coming to this floral shop I placed an order elsewhere and was very disappointed with the outcome with only a day away from my sons prom I needed something of quality and I needed it A.S.A.P. I noticed Welkes on my way home from work and decided to stop. This was my first experience at their floral shop and a very good one. Although it was a very busy weekend (Mothers Day) the staff took time to ensure that I got what I wanted. I commend them for their customer service and creativity put into the corsage I purchased. They set a standard for how all businesses should be run. I absolutely recommend their service.

I recently used Welkes for events in both Madison and Milwaukee. Nikki was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was quick to reply, happy to make modifications based on our needs and flexible as we continued to change our scope. The flowers were healthy, vibrant and matched our vision. For delivery, the team was early and patient as we continued to set up the space. Their prices were extremely reasonable too! I would happily use Welkes again in the future and recommend them to anyone in the area.

I called ahead to order flowers that were mistakenly delivered too early. I called to discuss the situation and it was immediately taken care of. So far, Im VERY impressed. Ill be ordering from Welkes again and again. (And in the meantime I got a sneak peak at what DID get delivered and it was beautiful!) Cant wait to see the fresh delivery! Follow up: Welkes delivered as promised and the flowers were GORGEOUS. Im impressed. Ill be using Welkes again. Thanks for such great customer service!

I ordered some roses first thing when they opened and got my flowers delivered that same morning. I was skeptical at first but theyve really showed me that they will go the extra mile. I had ordered some flowers the week before from another florist and it was delivered by this florist anyway so I just cut out the middle man. Initially, I did think their prices were higher than normal but this is one of those "you get what you pay for" situations and I certainly got my moneys worth.

Welkes has been my go-to for floral needs for at least 7 years. Their customer service is second to none, and they are always happy to help you with a special project. Each custom order I have placed has absolutely exceeded my expectations and theyve worked with me to understand my vision for the bouquet. From flowers for friends to my bridal bouquet, I have never been disappointed. I would recommend Welkes to anyone who is looking for an excellent florist.

Needed an arrangement of flowers for a funeral. This is the first time buying flowers and not being there in person. Ordered online and it was a breeze. I had to have the flowers delivered to the funeral home by 1PM and they delivered them early. Went with this store cause it had the most positive reviews and I wasnt disappointed. Beside being on time, the flowers were beautiful. All in all, a perfect experience.

I was so pleased to use Welkes Milwaukee Florist for the funeral flowers I needed. The arrangement of green plants and fresh flowers could not have been nicer. I spoke with a young lady who helped me decide on the arrangement. The funeral home had an 800 number for a florist but I was glad I chose a local florist. Delivery was on-time. Just great to talk to a person who actually works in the shop.

There is absolutely no other place to purchase flowers in this city. My mother got flowers from here for years. They did my wedding, my mothers funeral, etc. Still buy the wife flowers to be delivered. Not sure who gave 1 star, but they are most likely not the sharpest tool. Always outstanding service and arrangements. David is awesome.

I live in Oshkosh, WI and I still use Welkes in Milwaukee for my out of town needs for flowers. I have friends I want to send flowers to in other states and I go through Welkes because of the amazing service and quality product. Highly recommend!
