Once again, we had a wonderful experience purchasing and receiving new patio cushions for Yard Art in Colleyville! Nine years ago, Brian helped us decide on both furniture and fabrics. Our furniture still looks like new. Our cushions held up very well...in all kinds of weather, but we were ready for a change. Yard Art provides only the very best! So, when we were ready for a "patio face-lift", we went right back to Yard Art, and found Brian once again. We can always count on his dedication to make sure we are 100% happy. Delivery service was perfect, too. We were notified of a 2 hr window. Then, we were notified when en route, as well. I have worked with Lisa DuPre over the years and she has given me not only superb customer service but, as a professional designer, I have some of the most beautiful outdoor furniture imaginable. She helped with colors, fabrics and types and styles of furniture that has held up well over the years. Just recently she helped with my second home in Placitas, New Mexico. Every time I look out onto my patio, I am thrilled with how well it fits the space and the colors she helped pick for that space. She has added much value to both my beautiful homes. I would also like to add how wonderful it has been to work with all the personnel at Yard Art. When Lisa was not available, they unhesitantly stepped in and with smiles and courtesy, helped me in any way they could. It has been a real pleasure working with Lisa and everyone at Yard Art.

Last year I looked and gave up on finding, but this year after searching I found exactly what I wanted at the Yard Art Store in Colleyville . It was a great shopping experience with Byron Eaton. He was interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted and I never felt hurried for a decision. My furniture was delivered on time by two very kind deliverymen. They showed me everything I needed to know about the furniture and moved them around until they were sure I was happy. Thanks Byron. I will return soon for more. What a great place to do business! The staff and service are top notch. In a time when customer service in general is well below par, Yard Art stands well above the rest. We recently made a purchase with them and it was extremely easy. Delivery was scheduled for the day after my purchase, they called the evening before and gave me a 2 hour window and they hit it on the mark. I was not home during the deliver which was no trouble for them at all. Everything was setup just as we discussed and looked amazing. They followed up with me the next day just to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I always enjoy stopping and browsing at Yard Art in Colleyville to see the newest in outdoor furniture and other outdoor accessories to help spruce up my backyard. Just recently my husband and I decided that we were ready for a new table and chairs and with the expert and FUN help from Lisa Dupre we found the "bar style" set we had in mind to convert our backyard into more of an entertainment area with a "party" atmosphere! Horrible experience. Customer service is not number one. I had a pick up order and when I arrived an older woman says "I hope you brought help, we dont help load here." So my 65 year old mother and I had to load our purchases. And speaking of purchases, screws were missing and boards were broken on one chair and a glider, so 50% of my order was broken. Will never do business with Yard Art in Collevyille ever again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Excellent, the entire experience was great. Enjoyed working with Byron... excellent product knowledge, helpful suggestions and tips, fast and efficient check out. Delivery team was also excellent. When I made the mistake of thinking they had delivered the wrong table, I called the store and spoke with Debbie. She was patient, kind and courteous and very gracious when I discovered "my mistake". Does it get better than this?

The patio coffee table I wanted was no longer on sale. Mike found me a table which I liked better that was even lower than the first one I wanted. He was most personable, friendly and helpful. He and the other sales associates went out of their way to help me get a great product which I love. The table looks amazing on my patio. I will most certainly return for my outdoor patio needs.
