I purchased a couch on layaway because my house was being remodeled and did not have any room to store it. Thank God for layaway. I live in a different city than this Unclaimed Freight location, so I asked if I could make a credit card/ debit card payment over the phone. The store manager told me sure no problem, but to find out later the company policy says no to this type of transaction. If there are any small or large retail businesses out there listen up. Technology has advanced please advance your payment technology to include online payments(Google checkout, Paypal, Mastercard/Visa, ect.). Gas cost is way to much to waste it on an unnecessary joy ride. Put some of your profit back into your business. You will never regret this choice.

I just called and spoke with Chad in Sales at the North Fort Worth location. He was ABSOLUTELY no help. I gave him the SKU directly from the website and he couldnt locate the product. He asked for the number multiple times and couldnt provide the information asked. I told him the product was on the website and he could view it himself. He told me "I cant bring up the website, it doesnt work that way." I am ready to spend my money with this company but the staff has ruined the experience within the 1st attempt of contact. I wouldnt take a free piece of furniture from this place!!

Really disappointed about the couches my husband and i bought from this store almost spend Two Thousand Dollars and only lasted at least 5 to 6 months until the leather started to extremely peel off, The bottom on the couches literally fell apart. Broken wood in side the couches. I do not recommend buying from here. I dont ever give reviews on here but i just felt the need to share our experience with future buyers about this store.

Went shopping for furniture today, Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. Trying to find a few things for our new home here, they have a huge selection and the prices are pretty reasonable. Looking forward to going back and ask for Joe.
