I purchased a couch love seat chair ottoman night stand and chest from Ashley furniture. Unfortunately for me after I made my purchase I came on here to read the reviews. But it was too late at that point. The salesman was very nice and so were the deliverymen however, the lady who accepted my cash while paying for the merchandise confirmed I would receive my merchandise within 2 - 3 weeks. Then after she gave me my receipt she said I would receive my merchandise 2 weeks from September 26th which was Oct 10th (completely unacceptable). But I tried to see things from a positive perspective and figured this may give me time to donate or sell my furniture, and at the same time help me become more patient. What made it even worse was the merchandise actually came October 15th. Like I said delivery men were very nice, they delivered my merchandise Oct 15th, and today it is Oct 24th and the ottoman is already caving in. It has a dent in the middle where we prop our feet. Very poor in material. So the store "may" say, well you could have purchased our warranty plan blah, blah, blah even if I did it is way too soon for the merchandise to start failing. I am 57 145 lbs, my daughter is not even 50 and she is less than 99lbs, and my son is all of 38lbs so were not overweight people. This is just very poor quality material. This furniture has only been here a week and it is already failing in quality. I AM GOING TO CONTACT ASHLEY FURNITURE ABOUT THIS AND SEE WHAT THEY WILL DO TO HELP BEING THAT IVE ONLY HAD THIS FOR A WEEK. THEN I WILL RE-POST TO LET YALL KNOW. To be continued...... Date: 11/09/2015 So as yall know I had some manufacturer issues with my furniture. So I contacted Ashley Furniture and they sent someone out to completely fix the dent in the Ottoman. The guys name was Curtis, he was very professional and I was happy with the correction Ashley Furniture made to the piece. Thank you Ashley Furniture, for making this wrong situation right! Now that this issue was corrected. I give them ⭐⭐⭐. Only because of how long it took in the first place. Either was my problem is resolved ☺.

We have bought a leather recliner couch, love seat about 4 years ago. Our Salesmen Kamlesh was very helpful and he briefed us about the extended warranty. We bought the warranty after hearing such great things as he said that even if our cat tear the furniture/ nail polish/ any stains/ anything goes wrong within the 5 years they will replace the furniture or give us the comparable furniture if at the time the model discontinues. After three years, the leather started bubbling and peeling off and the couches looks horrible. We went to the store and told them about the issues that we were having and to our surprise they told us that it’s too bad that Kamlesh lied to us and he no longer works here. My husband and I were shocked as the store should be the one accountable and there was no one to help. They gave us the warranty company’s no. to call and after several tries we couldn’t get anywhere as the warranty company said that they don’t cover normal wear and tear. My question is how is it normal??? As per US GAAP we can depreciate the furniture for up to 7 years, so how’s 4 years normal wear and tear as the couches look horrible. They sold a really poor quality product topped with the warranty which doesn’t exist. Please be careful before you make any purchase from this store and don’t believe what they say as they will say whatever for you to buy the furniture and later tell you that too bad you should have looked at the mount of paperwork as it surpass all the lies. I will never buy anything from this store and want others to be aware of the horrible experience so that you can make sound decision. I didn’t have any option to rate them negative otherwise I would have.

We received a flyer for a 55% off list price one day sale for June 30/2010. We went to shop for a dining table, and we found a really nice one. While we were there, we fell in love with a bed frame as well, so we decided to purchase that too. The salesperson asked us if we wanted extended warranty, and we declined. He said he didnt make his sales numbers for the month, and we would really be doing him a favor if we purchased the warranty so he could get his sales check and meet his quota for the month, and we could just call and cancel the warranty in the next 30 days for a full refund. We hesitated at first, but he requested us again and again to help him out with his monthly quota, so we decided to add it on. I called 3 weeks later to cancel the warranty, and was told I would have to pay back $109 out of the $119 we paid for the warranty, so they would refund me $10 if I wished. Upon further inquiry, I was advised that the sale was "50% off" instead of 55%, and I was given a 5% incentive for purchasing the warranty. I was shocked like hell. They also stated they dont keep track of the sale flyers because they run so many specials all the time, and that I am making a mistake confusing 55% off with 50% off that they claim the sale was. The salesperson wont even return my phone calls. I asked about the return policy and was told I would have to pay $250 for restocking. Absolutely a disheartening experience. We are picking up our furniture next week, and we are so scared that it might be broken or damaged. We will never ever shop here again.

Very Very bad experience. We bought a king size bed along with mattress almost 8 months back. It was not properly fitted and it started shaking a bit within few days. Later on the wooden support at the bottom of the bed got broken. Which in turn impacted the mattress as well. Till this part, i was ok that i will call the customer service and they will resolve the problem. Then started the most painful part. I called customer service almost two months back. They took one week to get the appointment scheduled. Technician (third party) came and he noted down the problem and sent the note to Ashley to order parts. waited for almost 1-2 weeks then received one shipment. I called customer service and they schedule technician to come after one week. He came and noticed that Ashely order only half of the parts. Poor guy left and mailed them again. Then i waited again for a week or so. Parts came. Customer service again scheduled technician after one week. Finally i got the bed repaired today. Basically i can sleep on my bed now after ~2 months (believe me i was sleeping on the floor from last 2 months). I asked customer service 1 month back to arrange for a metal frame at least. Lady said she will check with the manager and i never got a call back on the same. Overall i can say that the customer service is pathetic and i got a feeling that no one really cares for the customer once the furniture is sold.

I am frustrated with Ashleys Furniture and their delivery or rather lack there of. I ordered a couch and a bed on 5/22. I knew in advance that there would be separate delivery times for each and I agreed to it. The first issue started when they came to deliver the couch. The guys walked in, took one look around and said, "It wont fit." Did they measure? No. Did they make any sort of effort or attempt? No. So, we had to take down our wall mounted light and smoke detector in hopes that this thing would clear, and what do you know it cleared just FINE, without taking anything off the wall. They could have made an attempt at least before just giving up! The next issue was when I received a call from the sales manager who told me that he forgot to add the second box spring to my order of a california king bed. So, now I need to pay another $250 plus tax, for this oversight?? Thirdly, I called to follow up on the order of my bed, they apparently had the bed in the warehouse ready to be delivered and never called me to schedule delivery. Really?!?!?!! So, I scheduled delivery. Fourthly, a day or so later, I received a call from Ashleys advising me that one of the box springs is broken, and they need to wait for another one to arrive in the warehouse. OMG! I feel like this is a joke. So now, I have to wait even longer, spend more money, and still have no bed. Im very disappointed.
