I bought a dining room set on March 2, 2016. When it was delivered 6 days later, it had two long scratches on the top. Two days later they brought me a replacement tabletop, but it had a broken leaf. They switched out the leaf from the table with scratches, but the holes in that leaf didnt line up with the holes in the good table. They promised to bring me another new tabletop first thing this morning. I waited all day (the 5th day of waiting for their delivery truck), but they never showed. My salesman called at 5:00 p.m. and said he could reschedule for Monday. I am thoroughly disgusted with the way this company does business. All I get is promises. The store manager never even bothered to call me back despite two attempts to bring the problem to his attention. I would hate for anyone else to go through days of aggravation trying to get this store to honor their promises. It has now been 11 days since I bought my table, and I still dont have one I can use. I sure wont be shopping there again!

Not good quality for the price. I paid 2000 for a sectional and paid extra for the extended warranty because we have small children and the rep said it would cover any damages. A few months after purchase the frame broke and I tried to redeem the warranty and was given the run around. For the price I paid I should have paid a few more dollars and went to a better quality place and purchased something that would last.

The only thing I saw wrong with this place was that when I walked in with my family, we were not greeted. Other than that they have beautiful pieces of furniture for a great reduced price. This is not a furniture store, its a warehouse with unclaimed freight. We went in found the bar stools we had been looking for and we were very pleased with the price.

Went in to look for a couch to buy. We were greeted with dirty looks from one of the sales persons. Not sure what we did to deserve that. We also noticed that the couches were not very cheap. Rooms to Go had a particular couch for 1000 that these guys were selling for 1500.

Huge warehouse with a pretty decent selection. Found a couch almost identical to one from Freds but it was over 500 dollars cheaper. Was easy to find someone if we had questions and all the employees were friendly. Looking forward to seeing their other DFW locations.

Prices are good for some things and high for others. Quality is below average but there are some hidden gems there.

Huge warehouse with nothing but couches and some beds. Its hot in the warehouse.
