I bought a double recliner from here, it cracked upon sitting on it the first day, the recliner mechanism then broke, so someone had to come fix both of those things. Then the other recliner mechanism broke a year and a half later. I paid for the premium extended warranty and have to pull teeth to get work done. They sent someone to fix the recliner mechanism, and didnt have the part that went with the couch because it turns out my couch is discontinued and no one actually looks at the history in the service department, so the put in the new part, which worked, for about a week. Then its broke again. To top it off I call because I pay for the more expensive warranty so that they will pick up my couch for service, and I go through pulling more teeth because of they dont see that. I get thrown from store, to website, to store, to warranty company, to store to try to schedule a pick up... and then they normally only do pick ups and drop offs on weekdays for repair so I have to sweet talk me way to actually get it done on a day where Im not missing work, and now theyve had it in service for a week with no estimate on when Ill get my couch back. All in all, dont waste your money here... and if you do, dont waste it on the warranty. I regret purchasing this couch. And now that Im having to sit on the ground with no idea when to get my couch back, Im being reminded of the regret daily.

I financed a bedroom set from this place in Nov. 2012 through Progressive Finance 90 day same as cash option. The salesperson lied and told me that I had to purchase their Protection Warranty of $200.00 or else I wouldnt get financed. I didnt have much choice but to buy it. I then called Progressive and asked them if this Warranty was part of the deal and they said NO! I called Home Zone and they refused to give me a refund. I also had to return the furniture to the store several times cause it was defective. (Update after speaking to Alli in upper management she has agreed to reimburse me the $200.00 I paid for Protection Plan.) I personally dont see any benefit from the this plan. You have to take the piece of furniture to the store since they dont have anyone who will drive out to your home to inspect your furniture if you happen to have a problem. Who has time to take apart a piece of furniture then load it up and take it to them? Then if they do end up covering it your without that piece until the other comes in. Hope they find a way to make this more beneficial to the customer. Other than that I would buy here again.

Why cant you give less than 1 star? Furniture is poor quality and warranty is even worse. I purchased a couch and recliner from Home Zone 2.5 years ago. Purchased a 5 year warranty that included pick up and delivery. Recliner broke a year ago and was picked up, fixed and returned to me with no issues. Now, they are telling me that they need me to bring the furniture to the Denton location and store will send to repair department. Store emailed me my signed forms and it clearly states that if it is a "manufacture defect", I need to bring to store. This is not a manufacture defect 2.5 years later. And how would they know since they have not seen couch? Why would I purchase a warranty that did not include delivery since I do not have a way to transport couch? DO NOT purchase furniture and especially pay extra for warranty. I was sold a big ole bag of horse manure and would hate for anyone else to be in my situation. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My fiance and I bought a great couch from HomeZone Furniture from a wonderful sales representative, Lizeth Campuzano. The customer service here was on point. The wide selection of well-priced couches made a fun experience out of finding the perfect fit for us. The first couch was brought to us about 3 days after purchase by a friendly team of delivery people. However, the couch was defective as the recliner would catch when retracting. We pointed it out and was scheduled a technician to look at the issue 3 days later. The technician said it was damaged (frame bent) and would order a replacement. We kept the first couch and waited. 4 days after that, we got our current couch which is perfect and comfortable. Easy exchange. The whole situation might have been an ordeal at another company. But since HomeZone Furniture is very customer oriented, our purchase remained a pleasant transaction.

We have bought 2 bedrooms sets and our living room set from the Sherman store. We got the 5 year extend goof proof plan. Going on 3 months later trying to get our recliners repaired or replaced. The store manager Lacy doesnt even remember the issue. They have had our 2 recliners for almost 3 weeks and the store has no clue as to what is going on. All we want is our items to work they way they are supposed to. We paid for the delivery to get the merchandise but had to take the chairs back ourselves for them to send them off. I dont see the Sherman store as being very customer service friendly. We still need the sofa built in recliners fixed also. All 4 recliners have the same issue. They had no problem taking our money to buy everything.

Do not shop here ever! They will screw you out of money, time, and your furniture. We bought a couch on February 15 and still have yet to receive it. The company could care less about customer service and what their customer needs are. They think its okay for you to wait four months for a couch and not offer any kind of compensation or try to fix the problem. Tom Thompson (the fake name customer service gave us) was rude, and didnt even try to correct the problem. Every word out of their mouth was a lie and the complete run around. Do not waste your time, money, or energy even going into the building.

I bought a new living room set from them about a year ago. My couch was broken after just 6 months of having it. When I turned it over to find the problem, I found that the whole main support beam had busted. Through a little handy work, We got it to hold up for a few more months. When going in, make sure you bring someone knowledgeable about stuff like that because the staff working at the time was completely unhelpful. Im sure there are some good pieces there, but make sure you know how to look for them.

Best quality for your money. This store not only have the best pricing in town, they have the best quality furniture, when you go there make sure to ask your sales rep to show you WHY they are better. I have furnished my whole house with them, I saved thousands of dollars and got great furniture. My leather sofas are 8 years old and they still look great. They have earned my business for life. Dont waste time and money running around town, this is the BEST deal.

Recently purchased an adjustable bed with all the bells & whistles. James explained every detail and was very knowledgeable about comparing other brands. He gave us all the time we needed to test mattresses and find the one that best suited our needs. We found the quality to be comparable to other higher priced brands. Thumbs up on our purchase, the great sales and assistance from James, and an all around very nice store!
