I purchased a new house and needed new furniture. I was some what on a budget due to a large down payment towards the house. I went in expecting a pushy sales person etc... but that wasnt the case. Sales person was very friendly and assisted me with my questions. I think the persons name was Joseph? I went in thinking I was going to buy just a bedroom set for the time being due to financial issues. The sales person told me about there finance department and I can take anything I want from the store. I ended up that day purchasing a new mattress, 1 bedroom set, 2 living room sets, and a dining table for a STEAL. Eat your heart out Rooms 2 Go. The prices were unbelievable, almost to good to be true. To top that off, I didnt pay much up front. Items were delivered to me by 2 young men that carried the items into my house and set it up for me. They were really great to deal with. They were very friendly and professional, they called me as soon as my furniture arrived to the store. They asked "what was a good time for the items to be delivered" and "if I had any special instructions"? Items were delivered at the time promised by the sales rep. I cannot be any happier to deal with people from Comfy Furniture. I wish all my future purchasing experience are like this one.

Decent prices, good customer service while you are there and they will price match. However, delivery was 3 hours late. Also, one item was purchased that was on back order which was fine because we were moving in a few weeks and didnt have the space for it until after the move but I insisted if it arrived before the move we wanted it unassembled and still in the box so it wouldnt get damaged in the move. They called and said it was assembled and ready to be picked up or delivered. I specifically wanted it in the box and they said are you sure, its quite difficult to put together...it literally took me about 25 min...and there was nothing hard about it. I would buy from here again but only if they have the items in stock.

One of the best furniture ever..., very honest, reasonable price, best hospitality you feel like home, top sales associate very skilled and help you getting what you want in the price range you want, i love the idea of no credit check finance no money down and no interest. That helped me aloot... now my house looks like haven because of comfy furniture and i didnt pay one dollar yet. Best part is next day delivery with very skilled delivery team and quick sharp on time and after sales services too.. I really recommend COMFY FURNITURE for anybody and for sure you are the winner.

Family owned very friendly but be aware of signs. No exchanges No returns understood !!! Annnnnnd apparently no warranty either. I purchased a couch within a year its tearing apart and I am being told it"s wear and tear. I am a single woman with one child even if I had 10 kids a couch is known to last for years and within 9 months THE BOTTOM of couch is splitting. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. Trying to support mom pop shops never again! ROOMS TO go here I come !!!

We went to comfy furniture for the first time this weekend and it is much better than i had in mind. great selection, whether in store or by catalog. the fact that it is family owned gives a really nice feel to the place, very friendly staff. even though i paid cash, they still offered financing options and didnt ask about my credit status. same day delivery was great and they were very professionals with reasonable rates. I will definitely go back. AWESOME!

What a great find! Comfy furniture you are a hidden jewel! We were greated upon entry to the store. The young man offered his help then gave us appropriate space when we wanted to look around. They were readily available when we requested help. Great customer service, competitive prices......... this is where I will start when Im looking for my next furniture purchase .

I have to say, this is one of the best hidden gems in Irving, if youre looking for excellent-quality furniture at very reasonable prices. The owner is friendly and accessible, and the stores staff was the best--they genuinely enjoyed their jobs at this store... I thought that made all the difference in the world! The staff at Comfy Furniture were very kind and professional. The moment I walked in I was greeted and they offered me a complimentary soda/water. I told them me and my wife were trying to furnish our new home. They helped me find exactly what I pictured in my head, and we were able to furnish our house at a very affordable price. The sales staff were very nice, not pushy at all. The furniture looked nice and classy, it looked great. The quality was not too expensive with faux marble tops and dark wood finish covered pressed wood on a lot of things. Couches were very very comfortable. Great place.

Ive been to this location a few times and this staff does a wonderful job making sure I find exactly what. The prices are great and the quality is nice. I would definitely recommend anyone to stop by if your in the Irving area. You will not be disappointed.

Bought a couch, occasional tables, and recliner. Seem very comfortable and delivery was on time and easy. Only downside is that it took 3 weeks for stuff to come in. They have a huge selection to order from just wish the showroom had more to see in person.

I walked in, told the salesman exactly what I wanted, he took me to exactly what I wanted. I bought it on Wednesday Evening and it was delivered in the same day. My future purchases will be made at comfy furniture
