I honestly wish I could give negative stars. I went there because I have an 01 Tribute that has a recall on it and I planned on going to Des Moines to see my family so I wanted to get it done before the trip. So I called and dropped it off the night before. When I went to pick it up I couldnt even go down the street with my car. My car was fine before dropping it off, my check engine light was on but I already had that looked at by my mechanic. My car was chugging and lights were flickering which it wasnt doing before. So I had to turn around and put it right back where it was because there was no way I was getting my car home. I called the next morning and got Mike on the phone. I told him what I went in for and what happened when I got it back. He claimed they never went inside of my engine so his guys never did anything to my car it was running poorly anyways. I told him it wasnt 12 hours before I dropped it off to them. He went back and forth about how it wasnt their fault and that its my check engine light. I brought up how it says on the receipt that theres a complementary check up on there and then it lists things wrong with my car. He claimed they dont really do that they just have to put it on the receipt and the things they listed were problems they probably noticed when taking my car in. Then he brought up they could look my car over for $99 and of course I said I was not going to do that. I informed my mother-in-law about the situation and thats when she stepped in and spoke to him. He argued with her and said my car runs bad, said that my check engine light is on and maybe we need new mechanics. To be fair she cursed right back at him as well. She brought up the fact that the complementary check up on as on my receipt. He told her they have to do the check when ever the engine light is on. So we both got two totally different answers for that. Then he even told us that theyre open till 1 I can come get my car cause they dont want it in their lot anyway. To which we replied we would if we could but you messed up the car. So they were being very rude until it was brought up the fact that I have a 2 yr old that I was planning on going to Des Moines with alone to see family. That is finally when they said they would look to see whats wrong and stall the problem so I can get around until I can afford to fix it. So I got there to pick up my car, waited and he finally got me and said "Ill show you the problem with your car." Popped the hood and showed me the Evap was broken, claimed it was cracked and had fallen off but it was never like that before I took it in and when you look at the piece it looks like it was snapped off. He showed me how he put a bolt in the hose to stop so much air from coming in, and showed me where it broke. Then he slammed shut my hood and , before I could say or ask anything, said "thats why your car runs like junk." And went back inside. I have been told by multiple people I should go to the better business bureau and that might just be what I have to do. Worst service of my LIFE.

My review didnt post. I dont have time to re-write the horrible incident about the technician and service manager who said oil cannot get inside an intake manifold (despite the fact the PCV system is designed that way on all the cars they sell and service from the past decade) and yet they continue to believe their senseless information that is far from truth that you could get better knowledge from any high school kid in a pit crew at hawkeye downs. Please please please give your guys a test and weed out those who are incompetent. They are RISKING YOUR REPUTATION that used to be very solid. The last year of review is not looking good guys. Also, service manager stated, and I quote "We do not do root cause analysis, we stop once we determine the failed part and we replace it." I followed up to ensure I heard him correctly and said, "if theres something else leading to the failure then you guys will not troubleshoot further, is that correct?" He said, "yes, correct." There are shops in town who will charge far less for the same service. Some shops charging less for better service. Dont go to Junge if youve had them fix something and you have a similar/related issue down the road...its likely something another shop could have prevented but not Junge since they will not root cause. Its like a western doctor, give you a pill and not fix your issue, just let it keep going until something else happens, great for their paycheck and BAD FOR YOU.

We initially looked at the Lincoln MKZ. The salesperson asked if we ever thought about a Volvo. Our answer was, "no". We took the S60 for a drive. I really liked the ride and the way the Volvo handled. When we got back we had a follow-on visit. We talked to the new car manager and during that discussion my wife asked what was the hottest going vehicle. He pointed over his left shoulder and said, "These are". This is the Volvo XC-90. It was all over at that point. My wife initially fell in love with the car (the Volvo XC-90 Inscription). We took it for a test drive and then turned around and factory ordered our vehicle. We truly love our vehicle. We call it a car though it is an SUV. More car than truck thus we call it our car. The whole Junge team was courteous and respectful to my wife and I throughout our entire buying experience. We look forward to our being part of the Junge "family".

When I walked onto the lot at Junge in Cedar Rapids, I was prepared for the type of adversarial nonsense that I had come to experience when shopping for a car. What I experienced instead was a dealership full of disarmingly nice and very professional people, particularly Russ Kramer, who were more than happy to work with me without pressure and without the usual sales tactics. It was an entirely painless, so much so that by the end of the transaction, I actually felt bad about the fact that I initially treated Russ like a regular car salesman. Of course, the metaphorical cherry on top is the fact that Mazda makes a d*mn fine machine. In summary: These people are awesome. You should buy cars from them.

I would give these idiots a zero star if possible. Mike the sales manager and Dan his side kick are the poor management team. Both are a gimmick and cheapen the experience of purchasing a Volvo. The young sales guy would have been lucky to spell Volvo so Dan took over from his corner desk. Then he went over to Mikes desk for final approval. After an hour I was waiting for Grandpa Junge to come out of the back room and offer me a cup of coffee. It was pathetic. Mike Reeves and Dan Hartman are about as professional as the guys that pick up my garbage every Friday. The following day I bought my 2017 Volvo XC90 in Des Moines over the phone instead and paid $8k less than Junge was offering.
