Less than impressed. I was referred here by my family. I went to Budget my first time and was helped by a man named Bill who offered me a fair amount to trade in my car with 60,000 miles on it. Came back the next day and he was gone, and instead was helped by the Owner John. The agreement and offer, along with the inspection of my trade in car was never saved in their computer system and was low balled more than $1500 less than what Bill said hed take for my trade in. Owner only honored to trade me my car for the amount because id already been there 1.5 hours waiting for my tires to transfer over to the new car. Not only that but when asking him why the car was under "kelly blue book value" he said because it they got the leased car at a good price. Immediately after trading I had to get the clutch replaced $1200 and a new battery ($100)..mind I tell you that I bought the car with under 30,000 miles on it, thankfully on warrantee. I don t trust this car lot and wouldnt recommend it to others.

I knew i wanted a used Ford Fusion. I shopped the internet to see what was out there, and found 4 reasonably priced for my budget in the 2010-2012 model years...in Cedar Rapids. I found the one i wanted at Autoland. John and Bill made the shopping and buying experience smooth and easy. The battery died within the first couple weeks, and Autoland paid for the new one with no hassle at all. The car has been great. We drove it around town for a couple of months before taking it to Florida and back. It pulled a trailer, got good mileage, and gave us a trouble-free vacation in comfort and style. Found a vehicle online here, The salesman was very nice and upfront about the SUV. We didnt feel pressured, and he allowed us to take the car we decided on to our mechanic who found the car to be near perfect. Came in with an "ok" car and left in a GREAT SUV for a great price. I wont need a car for a while but when I do, I will be a returning customer for sure!

Got my car fix at Autoland. They did an outstanding job! My car looks like a brand new car again, and it was done at the time it was promised. We have purchased two different cars from them, and plan to make more future purchases from them. John and his entire staff are great people to deal with.

I got good service. The salesman provided good information and was very helpful in reviewing the car I was interested in. I got a fair price and good service. I was from out of town, and they came in after closing to accommodate my schedule. I would be happy to do business with them again.
