I heard that Baughs Yansky Auto Repair charges really CHEAP rates to put on tires, so I went to them to get my new tires put on for my Malibu. I also needed a new radiator hose. The repair guy told me that it would be $20 for the hose and $10 to put it on. When it was time to pay, I was helped my another gentlemen and he said it would be $50.00 +tax for the radiator hose and the service. I told him thats not what I was quoted, and that he should check with the guy who helped me earlier. So, he did that and right in front of my face the repairman who was helping me earlier FLAT OUT LIED about what he had quoted me. HE SAID he quoted me $50.00 for the hose and service, I WAS PISSED! This guy just lied in front of a customer to save his own ass. I told the gentlemen helping me how the repairman had lied, so he then changed the $50.00 to $40.00 to help satisfy me. MY POINT IS that I wouldnt have minded paying the extra $20.00 plus tax for the hose and service, only if I wasnt LIED TO by one of YOUR representatives. What I learned from this experience is that CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way and it can make or break a customers experience. Again, yes this company has cheap prices, but if you DONT want to be treated like crap and lied too, I WOULDNT recommend coming here.

My car would not start and had to be towed from one of the parking ramps. They have a lower truck that was able to get my car out of the ramp. He towed it to his shop, figured out what was wrong, and repaired it within two days. He also told me about three other things that were wearing out and that I should be planning on repairing in the near future. All-in-all a great service at a very good price. Not flashy or uptown, but very dependable and down to Earth.

wonderful, after receiving an estimate elsewhere that said I needed over $400 dollars worth of work, I was referred to Yansky by a friend. They looked over my car and said not only was the work unnecessary, they also would have done the same work for nearly half the price. They topped off my brake fluid and sent my on my way, no charge. Once my car actually does need work done, I will be going to Yansky Auto.

half year ago, they charge not a lot to fixing my car problem. but now they are cheater. they try to charge me 100 dollars for replacing car handle. I will not send my car to them to fix. they were reliable but now they just try to rip off your money.

Jerk towed my car without my permission.. I called him(he was VERY rude) and the police, he towed it back, with the engine dead and other problems. Never deal with this scam artist and call the police if he tried to screw with you!

Scammers and crooks. They stole my car. They pretended like they took the transmission out but kept it. Dont ever put a down payment with these thieves. Very disrespectful on top of that.

I purchased an old farm truck off of Mr. Yansky on 3/7/16. He could not have been any more friendly or helpful. The damn thing runs like a top. I would 10/10 do business with him again.
