Wow, I did not know Best Buy could possibly have such horrible customer service. They refused my sales?!?! How dare they!!! I walked in with a couple of other people at the same time, one behind another, and when I heard about a sale on a mobile phone, I grabbed 5, I went to the check out counter in the front and they said I wasnt allowed to check out there. So I walked around to an empty cash register with a clerk standing by, again I was told I wasnt allowed to check out in that department, and that I should check out by the mobile center. I did as they asked and I waited for a good 20 minutes. The clerk sitting by the checkout did not give a rats a** that I was standing and waiting for him to ask me to come over. He had the audacity to walk away, come back, look at me and walked away again. When he finally came back, he was in the process of checking me out, then another employee stepped over and said I wasnt allowed to purchase the items I had because I already bought them? I asked them why my purchase was refused and he had the guts to tell me I already bought it, with a group. I was puzzled. I asked when was this a term that was established? he answered with an attitude "Just now." THE AUDACITY OF THESE PEOPLE. I have not yet even purchased these items before, mind you, with a group or not. They automatically assumed I already bought these items because the previous people in line bought the same exact thing. and because we were the same race, he assumed we were a group. He brought the general manager to speak to me, and the general manager still refused to sell me the items, without knowledge of what the employees has said. He didnt ask me what happened, he simply said "Miss, you can not purchase these items, but the sale still goes on tomorrow, so come back if you wish." I couldnt possibly fathom why they would assume just because we were the same race, we are automatically marked as together. Horrible horrible service. Dont ever step into there unless the world is crumbling and that is the last best buy on this planet.

Useless! On the phone, theres always that one extremely dull worker who doesnt even say "bye" after hanging up. They tell you things are in stock but when you go there, they take forever to find the item or tell you its actually not there. For example, I went there to buy an iPad Mini 2 last year. They took 20 minutes to look for it and never came back so I left. This year, I attempted to buy an iPad Mini 3 on SUNDAY when the iPads were still discounted $75. I go to the store and the promotion was "over" during my commute to the store and they told me they would not honor the price. Not only did I not know that when I purchased the item, but when I purchased the item, the sales associate gave me a 16GB instead of 64GB. If I didnt notice this before I left the store, they wouldve charged me a restock fee for an opened product if I returned it. I then try to purchase the Mini 2 online and the 32GB was supposedly "SOLD OUT" despite being available the entire time until I tried to pay. I then tried the 64GB and it was "unavailable for shipping" yet I cannot pick it up from any Best Buy because none of them in my city even carries this item for pick-up. I tried calling the same Best Buy and the background as completely noisy like it was in a middle of a party. I told the girl I cannot hear her and she says nothing. She waits until I said something and asked questions about the iPad. I asked her if a specific model was in stock, she says "yes". I asked her if its a certain price, she says yes. I asked her if its definitely available tomorrow, she says "yes". Oh alright, so I guess she doesnt need to check ANYTHING and doesnt need to hesitate before telling me "yes", so if I go there tomorrow and nothing is there, then I have the right to complain, right? Very few workers here are actually friendly and helpful, the others are just want to toss you out the way, especially on the phone. Waste of my time to come all the way down to this store for NOTHING.

Came to this store yesterday to buy a subwoofer. When I asked whether they price match an online retailers %45 lower price (I know they started matching them recently), an associate said yeah sure, but the model number has to be exactly the same. Then he tried to claim that a voltage label is part of the model # and that the online retailer does not have "110V" as part of the model number! When he ran out out of lame excuses, he intentionally took 15 minutes to get the box from the top shelf complaining to his co-worker about muscle ache after his basketball playing the day before. Another associate looked at the subwoofer and said "wow, this looks expensive, we should not price match this". After they called a manager, he told me in a very rude way they will not sell it for that much because amazon does not have an overhead and they will only price match other places and he gave me a couple of names. I looked it up online on my phone and said okay, that place you mentioned has it for that same low price! They gave me even more attitude, but had to price match it. As with anything in life, things can always go worse. After I repeatedly and nicely ("no, thank you", "thanks for the offer, but...", etc.) declined to buy their extended warranty for $20, yet another associate whos been listening to me for quite a while started laughing insanely and said loudly to another associate "OH MY GOD, $20, THIS GUY IS SO STUPID!!!". Other associates around him pretended nothing ever happened. I was standing 8 feet away! After my "please" and "thank you" for a half hour, I decided to just ignore his comment because I wanted to look and sound credible when I talk to their corporate office.

What a joke! I have gone here so many times because its the closest, but each time they never have what I need, they dont know what I am talking about, and they dont have even the simpilist things, they dont have any IPods, and this time that really was the straw the broke the camels back was that I went to buy a laptop and they didnt have ANY PC laptops in stock, they had them on the shelves but not in stock, and the excuse they had was that the warehouse that they get their stock from was flooded from all the rain, BUT yet they still had plenty of MACs in stock and were pulling them out to sell like crazy. There is something wrong with that! They are grossly over priced, and dont have anything in their store. To top it all off their customer service is horrible, I went to go get help and this girl was popping her gum, putting on make up and was acting like I was inconveniencing HER TO DO HER JOB! It was unbelievable and she didnt know anything about the product or anything for that matter. And dont even trying to get a Best Buy financing, because even thought I have an income and going to college, they said because I was a house wife as a job I didnt ACTUALLY have an income, and corrected my application in front of me saying I didnt qualify, even when I had a pay stub!!!!! Completely rude, worthless place, would NEVER go there again!
