Ill make it quick. Went to buy a new iPad air, on sale for a great price. Checked online first to see if they had them in stock. Yes. Went to store in the morning and was told out of stock. OK. Checked online again and still said in stock. Went to store in evening with different staff. Told out of stock. I tell them it says you have 2 in stock. Staff insisted out of stock. Went home. Ordered online with in store pick up. Went back to store. Miraculously, now iPad in stock and ready for pick up. Worst or most deceitful staff in any Staples I have ever shopped.

Do not buy or bring your computer to fix at this store. I paid $70 for a diagnostic and all I got was told to, go take a hike, after I was sent to another store. There are many places that give free estimate. They do not. I will never buy or bring a repair of any electronics there. They are good for paper and rubber bands only.

Limited electronics selection and the two staff I dealt with were unhelpful and rather rude. I always make a point of being nice to the people I do business with, and am not inclined to write bad reviews, but my friendliness was definitely not returned here. It was actually a very odd experience.

This must be the worst Staples store... usually they dont have the particular pen that I need, the items are totally mislabelled and in helter-skelter display, and I gave up looking for the printer-ink I need...its never there. Poor management!!!!!

WORST STORE EVER!!!!!! went there to get a few papers printed and ALL MACHINES were down and no one was able to help me at my time there. DO NOT GO TO THIS STAPLES. To my surprise the staples in Mount Vernon was so much nicer.
