Customer service is so bad at the printing counter! Guy in the store was very helpful in finding me what I was looking for, so was the girl who cashed me out. I needed to get photocopies of some important documents, the girl at the printing counter took my documents and said it will be 20 mins, and took my name and number to contact me when finished. I did some shopping and when I returned I continued waiting but saw no sign of her. Kept on waiting and waiting and when I realized it had been an hour I went to ask and no one knew what I was talking about and she had left to go home. They had to phone her and look all over the place for my important documents. Finally they found them just lying on some counter. SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE!!! The last thing they should be doing is jeopardizing a customers important documents and wasting their time!! They werent even apologetic about it even after everything. Terrible.

They have 5 copy machines and none work. All say "paper tray is low on paper." The two I used were in disrepair. The first got jammed and it took awhile to get one of workers to unjam it for me. I told him the paper was low and he said just use the other machine. That one was low on paper too and it gave me copies on oversized paper even though I keyed in the letter sized paper. Took a long time to get help for that, since the two workers in the back were too busy talking to each other to help customers. Dont waste your time just go to another Staples, unless of course you have plenty of time to waste.

Very courteous, knowledgeable staff! I was definitely pleasantly surprised considering my experience at other staples. Easy tech helped me get a printer, and floor staff helped me with my other purchases in a somewhat overwhelming store. Some staff members outside even wished me a good day! Didnt feel like I was in New York City for a moment. Excellent experience and highly recommend this location!

I see why the reviews for this branch are very good...The employees are very thoughtful and go out of their way to help the customers-especially the printing area...I made a mistake with doing a double sided job and the employee stopped her other chore to assist me...A real pleasure to do business with this branch-I really want to GO BACK there again!

Normally doesnt carry as many products as other Staples but the service here has always been great. Ive purchased a cash register from here, got the warranty and when it broke they exchanged it no questions asked. Pretty straight foward and no fuss. One time I bought plastic bins and they were displayed under the wrong price but they still honored it :)

Completely rude and very impersonal. After being redirected by a manager to a sales associate, he was somewhat blunt and rude. Then he traded me off to someone else, who, before checking the inventory in the back, decided it would be better to do two separate tasks for another manager while I waited. Would not go back again.

Just went to pick up my print order. Had to ask for a refund because they got it all wrong. In addition they never called to notify the order was ready despite taking your phone number. Cashier did not even apologize....a bunch of high school kids working at that place

A black cashiers lady asked us to pass the items so she can scan faster, are we the ones that gets paid by Staples? When we were shocked, she then asked "do you speak English?". Like lady, is that any of your damn business? This Staples is just full of crap, period.

The prices for ink for printers are simply redicilous. i do not blame staples for that, they just sell to the customers and it is not their own product, but there has to be an alternative. got here what i needed, just needed to do it on my own.

These store are not consistent. This Staples had a large selection of office supplies. The staff was friendly and helpful. When an item is on sale then you can purchase for a good price. There are always sales. I would recommend this store.

This Staples lacked basic office supply items such as reinforced filler paper and certain Five Star Mead notebooks. That said, their staff did their best to assist and find what wasnt displayed.
