Ive ordered business cards with them before, the cheap matte finish ones. Came out fine, just like youd expect. No complaints there. I ordered from them again on Sunday, needing them for an event on Tuesday. I called to ensure they would be done on time and they assured me they would be. This time I ordered premium stock, glossy finish and when I went to pick them up, they were the exact same as the cheap matte. The associate said he had made a mistake and hed fix it. No harm, no foul. People make mistakes. Came back later and they were the same thing. He apologized again, refunded me this time, said hed fix it. The third time, the supervisor, Daniel, told me that these ones they had given me were the premium stock gloss cards all along. Even though they were the exact same as the cheap matte ones. He said if I dont like it, I could call corporate and that he had delivered on his end. I kept insisting that something should be done, because it was clearly the exact same thing, but he said that it wasnt his responsibility, that he had provided the correct product. So I called corporate. And they confirmed what I thought, Daniel lied to me. He just didnt want to fix the product for a customer. Corporate said that I was right, that there is a difference between cheap matte finish and premium stock, gloss finish and said that they would get me the product I originally ordered. Its a shame that Daniel would not fix the problem himself. Needless to say, I will not be going to Daniels store again. Something about being lied to just shouldnt be part of the consumer experience.

This Staples is within walking distance from my place. I have come here mostly for personal items, such as computer speakers, cell phone accessories, a wireless router, flash drives, a telephone, and some basic software. This Staples is not as big as others, but the selection of products is pretty good. In addition to the items I mentioned, they also sell paper, filing products, office furniture, and even food and coffee. The prices are usually reasonable. The people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Generally, someone will come up to you and ask you if you need help. Checkup is usually pretty quick, and they will open up an extra register if the lines get too long.

Great to have a staples store in the neighborhood..too bad their employees suck. No one bothers to ask if you need help, I get on what I thought was the line since the cashier behind me looked busy talking to the employee putting things on the shelf, so I wait for the kid to finish with the lady in front, I wasnt in a hurry...next thing I know a guy is being rung up right behind me and the kid disappears to find a bigger bag for the lady in front. I leave my stuff on a counter and walk out...didnt need the employees to laugh behind me as I did. Last laughs on you, Ill take my money somewhere else. Your store definitely looked like it couldve used a few extra bucks. Oh well.

The staff is very nice. Once they gave me the price I have found online for ink and I was so happy about it. It is a convenient store with a parking lot. It has pretty good hours of operation. I started buying the kids school supplies this year from this store because everything was at a very good discounted price. Both of my kids love the school book bags at Staples. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Great place. Needed to do some copies, used self service copy machine. Easy to use, and very convenient. All printing center representative s were busy assisting other customers. Self service printing center saved me few hours. I dont have to wait till someone will be available. Stuff is friendly, and ready to help.

Very conveniently located by the Astoria Blvd subway stop and has a parking lot. Store is spacious by NYC standards and the staff is very nice and helpful. Sometimes it gets crowded at the printing area and the other customers cause problems, but the staff usually handles the situation very well.

Alex, the store manager in charge, is superb!! He directed me to the best printer for my needs and ITS THE BEST!! So is he...warm, smart, professional, and knowledgeable!! Hell be my "go-to"person for further computer & printer related issues and guidance!

Edna the morning cashier is the nicest and kindest cashier I have ever met. She took the time to let me know which printer and ink was best for me since I am a college student and wanted to find a cost effective printer! She really is the best!

Love this place. Only staples in the area and in the city who will print your docs right away if there are no special requirements and dont charge you for errors or reprints. Clean and convenient open till 9pm 15 cent per page

Very bad customer service in print & copy department. One of them even doesnt know how to open the email. Another was on the phone without helping the customer. Never should go there!!

Convenient location with parking, employees helpful, prices are not always cheap but you can find good deals or bargain prices. Its a big store with various products.
