Same terrible experience for our organization as well. Managers played hot-potato with the phone when I called in. I was promised a phone call notifying me of the arrival of my deliveries. 6 weeks later I walk into the store to speak with "manager" who tells me the order was probably put back on the shelf-because that is the protocol if owners dont claim it. Managers here sound like laughing hyenas. I assume highschool students are playing office at this store. Akisha Black and managers defer responsibilities and blame their sales associates for not calling "every customer" about their deliveries because there are too many. Another kid-manager directed me to the 1800 number for issues with my delivery, claiming he doesnt have access to the information about my order. Customer support assured me that each store uses the AS400 system, same as customer service, and if they dont know how to access info they are supposed to call the "Help Desk." I will not be purchasing office supplies from Staples anymore. I will take my business to where it is appreciated and valued.

Helpful, Pleasant and Accommodating. Purchased a laptop on Tuesday and the experience from the salesperson and manager Marylin was pleasant. I received a coupon for $75 off any laptop or PC the day after and wanted to see if I could get credit. I was at another store and the manager was flat out rude and said no without consideration. Called this store which is where I purchased the laptop and was lucky enough to get Marylin on the phone. Explained the situation and without hesitation she said come in. Got there around closing time and she was just as helpful. No rush and with a smile. Thanks for your help Marylin Lopez

The copy and print center here is a joke. Staff is unhelpful and rude and just seem too busy to actually help their customers. When I asked to have a file from my usb printed and told the clerk it was a one hundred page book she seemed utterly annoyed and said they are too backed up to do that. I was than directed to a copy machine that didnt work... Another time when I tried calling the store to ask a simple question, I was put on hold FOUR times and spoke to FOUR different people and still didnt get a clear answer.

The store was very nice and the salespeople were very pleasant and helpful It seemed everyone was helping or getting info for the customers that were asking questions. But like always there is always a customer that cannot wait and can get nasty with the help thats too bad BUT the help I received from Joseph was very good. I will shop there again. (The help in the Central Ave location also were helpful.) Staples is doing a good job. It looks like they are getting better and better...

20 minutes on hold and no one picks up the phone in the print shop. I finally get someone on the phone (by calling from a second line) and then Im told incorrect information, so I wasted a trip, where I also had to wait for a good 15 minutes before I found out that they couldnt do what theyd already told me they could do. Only 1 of 3 employees in the area seemed to be doing anything. This store is a disaster.

Ordered something online was not given option to add an alternate pick up person. Was told after order was complete and paid for that they couldnt help me only cancel order. I explained it was done and paid for and was said sorry only can cancel your order. So now i have to try and see how to get there. And i dont live close. Rudenesd was not appreciated. Never will do buisness with them again.

Tried to print from the international website but internet was slow and couldnt access the site. Called assistant but had to wait. Upon logging out to save time, assistant came but couldnt help saying it must be system problem. Charged $2.94 without doing anything in about 8minutes. Felt bad!!

I dont live close at all there are 2 other Staples closer to me but I chose to go to Tuckahoe Road. Every time I go there George is very helpful. He answers all my questions and makes suggestions of the products I need for a great deal. I always leave happy and exactly what I came for!!

The store manager, associates, and print center went out of their way to assist me when another Staples store in the Bronx provided me with an atrocious customer service experience. Kudos to this store for stepping up to the plate and being kind and professional.

Complete dump of a location. Bathrooms had overflowing garbage, were without soap, paper towels, hand dryers... etc. that means every employee there has dirty hands. Manager should be fired. Went to Office Depot!!!

Came here to get a USPS label to mail a package. Toni at the Copy and Print Center was very pleasant and efficient despite the fact that shes the only one that seemed to be working.

Light bulbs are very bad extremely bad quality regardless of any name brand ...dont last more than a week or so. Sales associates are mean and unprofessional

When copy machine errored when trying to print a PDF from Dropbox, got an unapologetic attitude when asking for a refund on the prepaid print card.
