Horrible. Horrible. Ask me how many times I was hung up on in the last hour trying to get some information about my phone repair. FOUR times. I was hung up on four separate times. Why should I even need to call the store so many (6 total) times to get some decent service?? Each time I called the same department and got a different person. Only one young lady had so much as a pleasant tone but still have me no information. Not to mention on my first attempt at calling the store I received an answer, was put on hold for 30 minutes, saying they were "checking", only for a different person to then come back to the phone and ask me if I needed help?! What?! Fire everyone; or at least teach them phone etiquette, how to manage customers, and how to be accountable. One star is because the actual store is kept very clean.

Went our for new set of inks for my HP and a young gentleman by the name of Jamal helped us understand the function of our printer better and why certain inks should not be used. He is very knowledgeable in the computer section, once we told him how much we print a month he Introduced us to a new way to save money by buying a monthly $4.99 subscription with HP for inks instead of spending $65 for a set. Thanks Jamal. Will definitely be back.

Terrible. This whole process was terrible. I ordered a laptop 2 weeks ago and its still not there. I dont plan on ever coming back to this staples after this. Extremely inconvenient.

The service is very poor and most of the workers including the manager are very RUDE. For quality printing and basic human kindness, I would NOT recommend this location.
