Mixed review. Good: Responsive, knowledgeable floor clerks. Friendly and helpful. Bad: Print services badly organized. Three people working there, and still a wait to get served. I ordered a poster print, and paid online. Never got a call or email saying the job was completed. Clerk could not find order. Asked me to prove that I ordered it from that store. (Cant they look it up?) Finally she found the order, asked for ID and copied down my dl # like I was cashing a check. But she did wish me a "blessed day" and thanked me for my graciousness, though I had not been. Not their finest hour.

Only store around that did not plow their parking lot after the big storm of Jan 23 2016. Lots of people stuck trying to park there. Will go elsewhere where they care about customers.
