PRICE BAITING. Many items have pricing labels associated with them on the shelves bearing one price; when checking out, a much HIGHER price comes up. I left, three times, and bought the same desired items next door at Best Buy. The pricing wad not always that much less, but at least it was fairly and consistently displayed there. This is a terribly staffed and badly managed store.

worst telephone service: I have been patiently waiting for 45 minutes, sick and tired of listening the tape recording saying " our associates are currently assisting other customers, please continue to hold for prompt assistance" Terrible terrible terrible!

Feels like everyone here has very sense atmosphere. The manager sounds very strict and very unhelpful. No one would walk you through anything and especially with print. I wish when entities get big , they can keep up their promises.

I went there to mail UPS, waited 20 minutes while employees behind the counter bullshitting to each other. That included the manager. Rude and disrespectful every time I go there. I wish there was an Office Depot near by!!

Clean store, lots of parking, in a great location near the shopping areas (BestBuy, Target, Costco, Rosevelt Field) Whenever Im in the area and need to go to staples this is the one I use.

The Internet service there never works, that means you can print anything, they always have problems with the printers as an owner of a big business I cant relate on them.
