When I accidentally spilled water all over my work laptop, I figured I was totally screwed and would lose a significant amount of data and work. Despite immediately flipping my laptop upside down, turning it off, drying it for many days with a fan and then with rice, I wasnt feeling optimistic about my chances in salvaging my important data. A friend suggested I try this Gadget Fix location, as they had been in a similar bind and had been really happy with their results, and Im extremely grateful for their services. Not only was the gal that worked on my machine able to retrieve ALL of my data, she was able to do so really quickly and had genuinely excellent customer service. Her skill, professionalism, and kindness were extremely appreciated, and while I will have to get a new machine (I wasnt surprised by that), the most important stuff was saved. I am incredibly grateful for her help and would highly recommend Gadget Fix, and this gal specifically, if you run into an issue like I did.

Gadget Fix is awesome! I shattered the entire screen on my iPhone and they had it replaced and looking as good as new. Cost me $80ish, I think! This was my first “cell phone repair” experience, prior to this iPhone I’ve always had a trusty flip phones (that I miss), when I went to Verizon expecting help they informed me that because I did not have an upgrade the cost to replace my iPhone was $600+ and to make an insurance claim was $199. They recommended I contact Gadget Fix. The repair technicians at Gadget Fix seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. What really impressed me was how they magically were able to fix my phone so quick, it only took an hour or two, I was expecting to be without a phone for days. To sum it up: I will definitely go back to Gadget Fix and recommend them to everyone for cell phone & electronics repair!

Prepare to have your time wasted. I called, explained exactly what condition my phone was in (half disassembled), what I wanted, was told what they could do, how much it would be, and it would be done that afternoon. After driving 40 minutes to get there I was told they wouldnt do what they said (because the phone was half disassembled), it would cost double, and would take two weeks to complete. Then they wouldnt let me borrow a screwdriver to put 7 screws in. They wouldnt even sell me the used non-warrantied non-installed battery they said was there when I called. I was willing to pay the installed price too. Very frustrating, no effort on their part to solve the problem, and not interested in my business.

I have a friend that takes all his broken phones to this place and highly recommended it so needless to say I trusted him and dropped my phone off to be fixed. First things first, it was very welcoming when walking in and being greeted. Next they let me know what it might cost to fix the issue I was having and then left thinking that would be the least amount Ill pay to get my phone back. Lastly they found the issue to be minor and charged me a lot less than quoted. In closing I walked away happy as can be knowing theres a company out there that cares about its clients enough to do the right thing when they could have easily put in a new part and sent me away reading the fine print. I will be back,

I had my New 3DS fixed by them, and long story short, the service was quick and fantastic. If I need more devices repaired, I know where to go now. Before the actual repair, I inquired them over their contact page to get an estimate of the cost. Within 24 hours, I received a response that described the price, the amount of time it would take, and the procedures they would take in detail. The actual repair itself not only was within the bracket of time they estimated, but was done at the earliest possible date. The device is in perfect working condition now. Over all, the service was speedy, thorough, and the employees were nice! Definitely worth checking out for your broken devices!

Couldn’t believe my luck with Gadget Fix: My Samsung Galaxy 4 crashed the night before Christmas, which really ruined plans for many family phone calls. I wasn’t sure I could get help over the holiday weekend, but Gadget Fix was open all day on Saturday (even replied to an email confirming in advance so I didn’t waste a trip) so I hustled over. In less than 5 minutes, the tech had taken my phone to the back, did his magic, and returned it to me in perfect working order! Color me impressed. Topped it off by not charging me a dime. What a sweet deal! I definitely recommend Gadget Fix – it’s certainly the first place I’ll take my phone for any future repairs.

Hands down the best electronic repair shop I have ever experienced. Everything was on point. I am weary of electronic repair shops, because a lot of them will rip you off in a heartbeat. However, this place was entirely different. Great customer service. Employees were very friendly, knowledgeable and well spoken. I had my L.E.D. hula hoop repaired. They quoted me a whopping $15 to fix it. A lot of other places in town and even the original manufacturer wanted anywhere between $65 - $200. My hula hoop is working great. They also fixed an issue that Ive been having with my phone for free in a matter of seconds. Love this place! I highly recommend!

I consider myself a competent DIYer but found myself in too deep with an iphone 4s soldering issue and these guys fixed it in minutes. Bring all of your gadget challenges here because they are the best and most helpful service of any kind I have ever received in Portland. Be sure to walk through the Verizon store too so you can tell those clowns how unhelpful they are and also point out that not being able to maintain the machine you use everyday (your phone) is really weak and unimpressive. Let these guys fix your stuff before you throw it away and buy a new one. Seriously - next level skills at this place.

I brought my LG G2 phone here about three months ago to fix a dying screen. They fixed it with same-day service for a reasonable price. Unfortunately the replacement screen started dying a few weeks ago so I brought it back. Gadget Fix completed the repair (again, same day service) under warranty, costing me nothing. Very pleasant service, they completed the fix both times when they said they would, and notified me when they were done. Altogether they were great. My most negative takeaway? I will never buy an LG phone again. LG makes great TVs and other equipment but the G2 phone I have is a lemon.

Explained what was happening on the phone and the guy said it was probably my plug and power box but I drove all the way there anyway. He used his own power box and it was fine. Do wish he had been able to use my power supply on one of his working Xboxes but he said he didnt have the capability. Just wanted to troubleshoot before I was positive I should buy a new power supply. Seems weird. Also be cool if they actually sold power boxes but thats okay. Anyway, very nice guys and they were right and they didnt charge me anything to tell me that.
