Not helpful at all. They give y ou the run around if something needs to be exchanged or returned. It seems a manager needs to be present to do any returns. Thats understandable. I get that managers may have different schedules, but when youre told day after day to come back at a certain time and you do, youre still told theyre not in. So much so, the time has lapsed so you cant return the item. The manager is never there after 4pm. 9am to 4pm is apparently the schedule for this person, there are no assistant managers either Im assuming. There arent any shift supervisors either? Be aware of this store, they will lie right to your face without any remorse. All I wanted to do was exchange the product, for something else. Its not difficult to do. The only reason I am giving them a 2 is because I really like my new phone.

Nice looking store but the rep refused to cut my sim card down to nano size and instead pressed me to buy a new one ($15). I took the sim into an official store and they took care of me straight away.
