I have been a long time Verizon customer and came to this establishment after hearing about a Korean service offered exclusively here. My parents have great trouble understanding the English language so Im always dragged around translating stuff for them and etc etc. Now if my family needs help, all they have to do is come to the store and dont have to worry about miscommunication. It was great seeing my parents actually converse while shopping for the phones that they need. Not to mention the service! The manager Joseph assured us that we can visit any time if theres any issue and the rep, Joe was a delight. They answered all the questions I had and was profound at how much knowledge Joe had about Samsung products. I always considered myself decent, but I came in awe of an expert! When the time came to go, I didnt even realize 2 hours had pass. I will definitely come back here for any Verizon needs and going to recommend more Korean customers whos always had difficulty conversing. It was such an eye opener. I saw the side of my parents I never knew! Thank you, Edmonds Verizon!

This is a review from June 2015. We went to upgrade my mom and dads phones to the newest iphone. The person we spoke to was completely rude and insulting and tried to push a plan that parents didnt want. He didnt listen to what we needed and anytime we asked questions he got annoyed and treated us like we were idiots. When it was clear we wanted a different plan, the salesperson said we were essentially stupid. The only reason I even went to this store was because the staff could speak Korean (for my parents). In fact, the whole negative experience made me switch my parents plan to T-Mobile. Ive been to this store before and have met really nice employees here. Based on the other reviews, it seems that their service has improved greatly. But the level of rudeness from my last visit was too much. I hope that this employee (or manager) is no longer working there now. Will never go here again. YMMV.

I have been going this Verizon store for 1 year and half now, and this store provides the best customer service, especially Daniel Kim. I am usually not good with utilizing iphone app, so whenever I need help, I stop by this store, and Daniel helps me very kindly and professionally. Also, he helped with my sister’s and friends’ billing issues as well even though it was not related to his sales commission. This is why I keep recommending him to the people around me, and he is always there with the best customer service, and I really appreciate for all of his hard work!

My family has been going to the Verizon Edmonds branch for years. The staff is very well trained and polite. They are patient and especially meticulous and thorough. My mom and I went to the branch on Friday and has once again been shown the same great treatment by Eun. Additionally, the manager of this branch is always welcoming and helpful, and make sures to cater to the customers needs as well as help customers find the best option available. Would highly recommend visiting this location if help is needed.

My friend told me about Mina Parks good customer service. I went to the location she works at in Edmonds. My friend was right. I had so many problems with my cell phone. I was there for more than 2 hours. Mina helped me through out the long hours with smile on her face. She guided me through each small step so kindly. I strongly recommend Mina at Verizon in Edmonds for any of your cell phone service or problems. Her customer service will be worth of your driving time.

My family upgraded 2 lines from our family plan and had a very nice experience. Our family was able to save money on the plan and get more data. There were two employees working at that moment and they both helped us transferring information from the old phone to the new phone. The information was transferred perfectly! On top of that, manager Joseph provided all different deals and promotions that were going on and we were able to get very good deals with our new phones!

The manager and his crew are truly experts! They were very helpful and knowledgeable when i got a new iPhone and a tablet for my family. They explained with patience and clarity. They addressed all of my numerous questions and followed up all of my needs. I went back to ask a few more questions afterwards and the team always greeted me with warmth. I would recommend this store for all cell phone and Verizon needs.

I recently switched to Verizon, purchasing an older model phone when I made the switch. I bought the screen protector on line, and went to this location and asked them to put it on for me. They courteously agreed to do this for free, even though I had not bought the phone or the screen protector from them. I offered to pay for the service, but they declined.

The asian manager working there is very very rude. One of the worst customer service ever. I saw him getting mad at these old couple whom were just asking questions. His face got so red just answering their questions. Simply rude & just mean service. Elder couples were so old but how could he be so rude to them. I felt so bad being in there.

Visited this Verizon to change carriers from T-Mobile, whose network provided spotty cellular reception at best. Manager Joseph was incredibly helpful and patient as he walked us through each step of the membership initiation process -- he explained in detail all parts of the policy and made sure we were satisfied with the terms. Will return!

The store was very welcoming and helpful! Daniel and Mina was very helpful with giving me all the information in choosing my phone. I needed a new phone but was not sure what type of phone i wanted. But they asked me questions about my daily activities and usages and help me to pick the right phone!! It was just such a fun experience.

I usaually went to Verizon In Costco or Alderwood mall but those store have lots of waiting always and most of time they were rude. Finally i found the store more faster and comfortable. all of staff were very knowledgeable and polite. definitely i will bring my wife to upgrade next month here at my local Verizon store!

Although I am a customer with At&t, I went in to get some advice as to which phone i should upgrade to next. Not only did they provide excellent service and information about Verizon and other carriers, the manager was really honest and kind. I plan on porting in my number as soon as my contract ends!
