We were treated very poorly here. The focus is on high pressure sales not fixing a problem. I went in 3 times about a broken phone and the manager insisted the first two times I had no alternative but to buy a new phone. The third time I talked to a different guy who slipped up and told us we did have insurance. These guys are scammers and you are better off going to the real AT&T store in Tukwila for any real service. This is a dealer not a real at&t store.

These folks give very good service. Dont need another coffee shop here. I think its a smart location for all the Vashon Island folks driving by
