I traded in my and wife device iphone 6plus for iphone 7 last November here with the clerk name Paige because she told me that there was promotion $300 trade in value for each our old device. I was concerned that the promotion was over before we sent our old devices because it took 3weeks for us to receive new iphone7, but the clerk promised we would receive $300 based on the date of purchase. Finally we received only $139 for each, so i went this store to talk to the clerk, and she called somewhere and told me it was taken care of, and if Just wait one more month, then rest of the credit would be processed. I have been waiting for 3 more months and still nothing changed. I called verizon customer service, and they told me they never had this $300 promotion last November time line. I went to this store again to complain but they said there was no way to help me at this time and just gave me the clerks working phone number because she moved to different store. I have called customer services so many times and been waiting last 5months for this problem to be solved, but eventually i have just wasted time and money because of this place. Now they dont even try to figure it out or help me at all. I have no idea where the promotion came from. Thank u for ur great customer service for military service member. Definitely not recommend this place.

I was not looking forward to visiting Verizon today having previous negative experiences at other cell phone providers However, the friendly, courteous and informed customer I received from Brendan today was so much better than I have had at any other cell phone store Ive been to. He helped me find the device and plan that worked best for my husband and I! I really hate feeling pressured in to purchases so it was such a relief to have someone who just wanted to help me find what would work best for me. He definitely knew his product so well and help me make and informed decision!!! I felt Brendan was very honest and trustworthy through out the whole process which isnt always the case with some providers. My husband and I will be returning for any of our future cell phone or accessory needs and we will be asking for Brendan and we highly suggest you do too!

I had the amazing pleasure of receiving great customer service from a stunning and tech savvy associate by the name of Chanel. I went into the store for a upgrade nd learned about all the different choices that would best suit me. She recommended the iPhone 6s strictly from the style , look nd qualities that I explained I was looking for. Although it was pricey, she shined the light on the payment plan that would be added to my bill so I could have a fair chance to own a fine peice of technology. If you ever have time to learn about more phones and other benefial products in the store, I HIGHLY recommend that you ask for Chanel to provide you with the facts nd different opportunities to own the latest product. You will not regret it!

I have been to many establishments but the Verizon store at DuPont was the most customer service focused businesses Id ever been to. I recently relocated from Okinawa, Japan and needed to get cellular service. I was jet lagged and overwhelmed by the entire move. Chanel was a breath of fresh air. She patiently answered all of my questions and worked hard to find the plan best suited for myself and my daughter. I have since gone back several times to ask questions and Chanel has assisted me with a smile on her face each and every time. In this day and age - it is difficult to find employees who really care about their customers. Verizon is lucky to have an employee like her.

I absolutely loved this Verizon store. I received the best help here from one of the employees by the name of Chanel. I went into the store looking to upgrade my phone but was a bit undecisive about which phone i wanted to get. After deciding to upgrade to the iphone 6 plus, she informed that if i was going to do that i should just get the newer version of the 6 plus that was coming out(iphone 6s). I was so excited when she told me. She told me that i could preorder the phone and i would get it on Nov. 4. Instead i ended up getting the phone in mid October. I am really happy with my new phone and really happy i didnt have to go through a hassel trying to get it thanks to Chanel.

Great customer service! My husband and I went to upgrade phones. All of the staff at the store was extremely friendly and I felt really comfortable being at the store. Caleb Davids the assistant manager helped us with everything we needed. I had so many questions and I couldnt choose which phone I was gonna get. He helped me with not only choosing the phone but also answered all my questions. Also tried to give best discount as possible. We were there for about 4 hours since Caleb had to give the training for other employees as he processed my sale. However, I still enjoyed the time being in there. I would recommend this place to my friends. Keep up the good work!

Bianca Harris did an outstanding job of talking me through the cost and benefits of a smart phone and purchasing outright then helping me find the best phone to meet my needs. I can be a difficult customer and I am not a big fan of Apple and how I have become "stuck" with them, nor do I care for Verizon much and how they continue to find new ways to charge and make money off of customers without providing added value. Bianca understood my concerns, answered my plethora of questions and provided outstanding service with a smile. Who doesnt like service with a smile as they feel they are being screwed over by the system.

The associates lied to me to get me to take a "free tablet" then deleted our phone insurance so I wouldnt notice the $20 tablet fee charge. I took the tablet back once I figured it all out luckily customer service was nice enough to refund me the return fee but now because of all the changes they did to my bill its $280 instead of the $186 it normally is. Ive never dealt with such shady people. I do not recommend this place. Weve been in here multiple times and never had an issue till these new people started, we wont be coming back.

This is the best Verizon store Ive ever been too. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me with all the issues I had with my phone and account. Tanner (the manager) was the best salesman Ive ever had to deal with. He gave me a great deal on my phone and got me a Jetpack too which I didnt even know I needed until he pointed it out to me. Now I can use my laptop when Im at a fast food chain without any slow downs. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs a new phone or service!

I had recently broke my Samsung S5 after ages of use, and stumbled into the Dupont Verizon wireless store. Natalie was eager to help me sort out my device and service issues and was very patient while I tried to fumble through my multiple passwords, and trainwreck of a memory for almost 2 hours! Very good customer service and I am very glad I visited this verizon store instead of another. I will definitely be using this store as my go to store for the future.
