So I bought a phone from them and within 4 days the phone just died, when I came in to exchange the $80 phone they told me that because the case had some minor damage from an unknown source they couldnt exchange it. The employee proceeded to professionally imply that I might have intentionally damaged the phone in order to get it replaced. She then told me the damage was my fault and that she couldnt do anything to replace the phone. I then asked for a manager to help me with the situation as it seemed the employee was only seeking a way to not take any blame for the damage and approached in a very offensive way. Once the manager came to the situation he did what any good manager would do, he stood by his employee; however the way he stood by his employee with anger in his voice, accusations that I was lying and that nothing I felt seemed to matter was highly inappropriate for someone in his position. He should have calmly worked the situation out, listened to my concerns and done everything he could to calm the situation instead of further escalating it through denying the malicious intent behind his employees statements. After an hour of debating the finer points of how phones are made calling me an idiot, in less words, and becoming progressively more flustered the manager agreed to give me a "one time managerial override". This of course gave me the phone to replace the damaged one since there was no evidence that I caused the damage and not his employees before it left the store the first time. To get this I had to request to speak to the regional manager, the names of all employees whom may have handled the device from the second it came onto the property of a Best Buy facility including an associated invoice number to find out if any of the other freight might have been damaged. If any other freight from the same load had been damaged it could have proven my theory that the damage was caused in transit. Upon further thought I discovered the device was most likely damaged by my 20 month old daughter at home, however the way the manager and his employees handled the situation was highly inappropriate, blame should not have ever been place and he should have tried to figure out the situation and what happened to lead me to the conclusion he already knew to be true. Because of the complete lack of tact and the fact the employee I originally bought the device from didnt seem to know anything about phones and blew a lot of steam I give this location a 1 of 5 star review.

We were on vacation when we came across this store, we thought we would just come in for a minute and look at a phone for future reference since we normally patronize our own local best buy. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, told us about an unbelievable deal Verizon was running at the time so we decided to get the phones then. After selling us all four phones, accessories, and then installing our screen protectors, we spent the whole afternoon with them. They were always extremely helpful and even put up with my awful jokes. We actually had kind of a great time, so thanks guys!
