New store manager Jessa Kraii is full of nonsense and will stop at nothing to sell something to someone who doesnt need it. Between mismanagement and lying, and a personal hygiene problem, its no wonder to think this store barely affords to stay in business. I have seen her delete customers data to make a sale easier "no man, all your info was deleted, we couldve prevented that if youd had a newer phone" kind of thing. All in all a garbage store. The other store locations owned by this franchiser are fine; this location specifically consistently has the bad apples.

Ive been a Cricket customer for a long time, but this was by far the best cellular service experience Ive ever had. I went in to add a new line to my existing plan, and Jessa (manager) understood what sort of phone I needed and was honest about the various models and how they compared to my current phone. She put together an awesome package and I was in and out in no time flat. She also took the time to help us with parental controls and point out phones that I am interested in upgrading, and did not apply any sales pressure whatsoever. Customer for life!

I bought a new 4g phone, a few months back because the sales associate said that it will work on the new 4g network. I tried to change my plan, now that 4g is available, and Im told that the phone I bought, even though it is a 4gLTE, is not compatible with the network and I have to buy a new phone. Bunch of BS. I asked if im able to take the phone in and get a different phone, they said I can have a new phone at a discounted rate. BS. I paid good money for this phone because I was told it is 4g. Not happy at all!

I bought an international unlocked phone but couldnt get a data connection. Darcee was really knowledgeable and guessed the problem immediately. Since it was an unfamiliar phone, it took her some time to find the right settings, but she was cheerful and persistent. She kept at it until she found the right settings screen, and she sent me out the door with a smile.

Im from out of town and just happened to need some accessories for my phone. I had a brand new phone, didnt know much about it and Jessa helped me not only find the accessories I needed, but showed me some cool stuff my phone could do!! She went out of her way to make sure not only could I use my phone, but I could enjoy it too!!!

I miss the old guy who ran this store hes moved to Longview I found out from asking another store. I travel all the way there now to get service because I hate this store Id rather go to Anderson with Patrick if its an emergency. Asking customers who to write a review if they had a good experience then theyd write one.

I was in town and had a issue with my phone I stopped in and a young lady was able to go in and clean up some old files that was making my phone run slow and was draining my battery. Im not a big technology guy but she knew what to do. Thanks too Jessa for getting me back on the road to my next job.

Im a new Cricket customer. Jessa was very very helpful, patient and kind. She even stayed after 7 to put needed settings into my phone. She was also very kind to a mentally challenged customer who was in front of me. You have a gem in Jessa! I will return to this store for all my Cricket needs.

Been a happy cricket customer now for 5+ years! Great rates and phone coverage. I made a quick pit stop at the Main St store for some help with my phone and got "stellar service" from both the Cricket staff. A great team effort to problem solve and save me money. Darcee ur awesome!
