I could tell from the beginning that we were getting "scammed" and when it was all said and done that is actually what happened. Oscar (the store manager) was such a smooth talking used car salesman and talked about the value we were getting until the very end where we were up-charged us. He promised us a "bundle" price and than charged full retail for everything. He wouldnt give us a price for anything during the sales transaction and continued to say he would tell us at the end. At the end he totally ripped us off. Stay far away from this store and go directly to Verizon. This store is a scam...

I have been with Verizon for many years. Due to relocating to the St.Johns. I sought out a new location to call me home store. Ending up at this location. Which I found to be the worst product and payment that I have experienced it to 45 minutes to pay a bill. Then they charged me a money order fee I will stick with the traffic going to jantzen beach.

The staff were very welcoming; made us feel at ease and were very helpful in explaining details of the devices and services. They offered the current deals & promotions that were hard to resist. They also showed how tos in a way that were easy to understand, and did not rush us out even though its almost closing time. Thank you very much!

The store manager Oscar did a phenomenal job fixing my phone so I could get service again. Time efficient and friendly service. 10/10 would recommend

Verizon as a company may be frustrating but this stores employees make up for it!

Verizon is going down the tube as far as what they are and arent able to do for you. However, the staff at this location was super helpful, explained everything in detail and didnt make me feel stupid for not being able to afford an $800 phone.
