I randomly walked in with curiosity. BRENDEN was giving good customer service to a patient customer awaiting his phone set-up. He greeted me with a smile, eye contact, and offering his help in just a moment. I looked around and made my way to the counter whilst asking questions. BRENDEN the Manager multitaskd me and his first customer very eloquently with his fun personality. I definitely will recommend this Cricket store location to my friends! The atmosphere is very open and honest, friendly and casual, yet professional and direct. BRENDEN is an ex-Verizon employee; now Cricket Manager who is passionate about helping our community with their cell phone needs. I appreciate his help :) ~Samm

Every time i go into this location, im greeted by staff that has absolutely NO idea what they are doing. Along with having NO knowledge of current deals and promotions. Not helpful at all. A visit that should have taken 5 min ends up taking 30 And i ALWAYS leave frustrated. Steer clear of this location!
