Bought and paid for a new motorcycle battery on-line. The pickup notification was very quick. Went to pickup the battery and it was ready. However, the cashier had a hard time finding my paperwork. I took my core in and dropped it off when I picked up my new one but was not given the core credit back. I called the store and the cashier who hel me said he could not find the order and he would call me back. I got word back and called the store the beginning of the following week. Another staff member said they would have to look at the cameras to see if I brought the core back. He did call back and said I had to come back into the store to resolve the transaction. I went in that afternoon. There were two staff members there (the first one how helped me and a third staff member) who struggled to find my account. They agreed they knew of the issue and finally gave me cash for the core rather than credit my credit card. All of this could have been handled on-line without me having to make a special trip to the store for just 6 bucks. Sheesh!!

My husband and I have made purchases here before and have always had good customer experiences. Yesterday I ordered one battery online for in store pick up. I received an email that my order was ready for pick up. I entered the store a couple of hours after I received the email but my order was not truly ready to be picked up. The employee had to go pick the item while I waited at the register instead of the order being picked and ready to go before I came in. The transaction took much too long for being a pre-paid, one item, pick up order. I think it would have been more time efficient for me to simply come in, shop for and pay for the item. Otherwise, the customer service was excellent!

Ordered the battery online in order to get the 10% discount. The service at the store was great but the battery they gave me was not the same as pictures. The pictured battery was comparable in cost to other places I looked. The battery they gave me was similar in specs BUT when comparing to other places I could have saved $25 by buying that brand at another retailer. Also the battery given to me had a dent in the corner like it was dropped. The battery functioned fine in my motorcycle, but I do not like the fact that I purchased ONLINE a certain brand and was given something else at the store. Just seems a little dishonest to me

Took my iPhone 6 Plus in for a battery replace. When I got it back they told me the screen was shorted out and had to be replaced. Charged me 85.00 extra dollars. When I got home discovered that they also broke the Touch ID. . Very unprofessional unskilled misinformed tech. Told me that I leave the phone they ship it back east to corporate and determine who is liable. I dont trust them. Already lied to me several times. I dont know how long this review will last. Posted two others that mysteriously disappeared the next day. WATCH OUT!

I bought a backup battery for my camera just before leaving on a trip of a lifetime. The battery, which cost almost $50, was worthless. It held a charge for less than a day, which was critical since we only had access to electricity every few days. When I returned to town four weeks later i tried to take the battery back, but Batteries Plus told me they have a 3 week return policy - if they return products to the distributor after that it costs them money. Apparently its OK if it costs the customer. Oh, make that ex-customer.

Not impressed with my car battery installation. Higher than average price and an installation fee to boot. I couldnt wait any longer to have it done, and they had longer hours than automotive places. However, Id chose an automotive place in the future. The employees communicated more about what time they were getting off than with me about the battery. Looking online I see there is a three year warranty, but I have no idea how long this battery is supposed to last.

Batteries Plus was able to replace my broken iPhone 6 screen using the screen from my husbands drowned phone. They were fast (about an hour) and friendly, and only charged me labor! Even if they had to replace the screen with a new one, they were a better price then other spots around town. Im so glad I went to Batteries Plus.

Amazing selection of Batteries. These guys carry a ton of different batteries and always have what Im looking for. In response to Timothys problem below... they wanted to build it for you because unless you have a welder, youre going to be soldering directly onto batteries which will damage them from the heat.

Was looking for a battery. For my riding mower. Found it on there website. Was the cheapest price I found. After buying it online. They emailed me a short time later, to tell me it was ready for pick up. Plus I saved 10 percent off by ordering online and picking it up in store.

Tried to get a couple of batteries to make a small battery pack, and one of the young men there kept insisting that they need to make the battery pack for me when I kept telling him I could do it myself. I finally just left and Ill be shopping online now for batteries.
