A little upset that its displayed opening time is at 10am except on Sunday when we sat outside until 10:40 waiting for them to open today (Thursday). No sign on the door indicating they would be open later in the day or just closed for today. 4 other customers waited as well until we all finally decided to forget it and leave. Hopefully everything is ok and no one was having an emergency keeping them from being at work on time...otherwise very unprofessional and disappointing considering Ryan always provides excellent customer service and is great at multitasking and being proficient when we work with him.

Maddie has over the top customer service skills! when my husband went to a Verizon affiliated store in Salmon Creek to buy a simple phone he was charged for fees that he should not have been charged for so we called Maddie on the phone, she called the store herself and her branch manager and helped us get this situation straightened out. She went out of her way with time and effort and we really wanted to recognize her for that, we will recommend her and the Battle Ground Verizon store andif you have an employee of the month award she should win it! Complete and utter disrespect towards waiting customers. I personally sat there for 30 minutes while a "backup" was performed on another gentlemans phone. During that down time the employee couldnt change registers to help one of the other five customers who were waiting. Instead, they were speaking about the upcoming election and discussing each others opinions? Is that ok at work now? Seems that some differing of opinions could turn things sour; quickly. I wonder where multitasking went? Maybe its in the cloud? Anyway, extremely frustrated.

Went to this store the other day, looking to switch carriers. I wasnt anticipating switching that day however, the sells employee Elijah Ennis was able to get me to change! He provided excellent customer service, and explained the many deals their store was advertising with ease. Also, he was able to recommend me a phone that I absolutely love now. If your planning on going to Verizon goto this store and ask for Elijah!

The girls working in the morning have no clue about anything remotely technical, nor do they have basic customer service. I politely asked if a manager or anyone w more knowledge would be available, she answered "No". She didnt even try to call technical support or make any effort whatsoever to help me. Completely worthless and a waste of time unless youre just buying a new phone and know what you want

just bad. new phone will not work. i just got a new samsung phone. a galay j3 v . had it a week and it stopped working. i brought it in and found a crack in the top of the phone. I did not drop the phone, but even if i did, there was no help from this store.! its a new phone with a big price tag. if you want to have good reviews, be helpfull. THIS PHONE SHOULD BE RETURNABLE! but not at this store.

Matthew was incredibly helpful, not only with the problem I came in with but he also suggested other updates that made a huge difference in how I able to use my phone. This was a stop that was definitely worth my time. And as always with the Verizon reps, he was friendly, didnt rush me, answered all my questions and made me happy Im with Verizon.

Meghan was GREAT! I came in with a new phone and although she was scheduled to get off work, she stayed and got my phone working! She spent so much time on the phone with customer service to find out why we couldnt activate my phone. She was so patient. I would have given up. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH MEGHAN!! Everyone at the Battle Ground store was so Friendly, fast and Knowledgeable. I will never go to another Verizon store. The staff member that assisted me was Lexi she deserves a raise for the outstanding customer service she provided. Well done Battle Ground store.
