I went to this location to upgrade my phone because I thought my contract was up. I intended to sign a new contract and get a phone discounted. I talked to a representative who told me that I was mistaken and that my contract wasnt up. He offered me Verizons edge plan of monthly payments which would accumulate to paying full price of the phone. What he neglected to tell me was that my contract ended the next day. I dont know if this was due to lack of knowledge (I find this hard to believe due to the fact that he knew my contract wasnt up) or because he has to meet a quota on how many people sign up for Edge. Either way I wont be returning to this location.

GoWireless is WAY better service and care than the Verizon store. Professional, courteous service and yet every time I go in I know Im among friends that care about what I have going on. I send my Mom, my wife and when shes old enough, Ill send my daughter there too... GoWireless in Hazel Dell is where you want to go. Also, let me recommend the GoAdvantage plan. I have replaced my glass so many times its paid for its self multiple times over. I could not be happier that I found these guys with how well theyve taken care of me.

I called in with a question about upgrading my phone. What I said: "I need a new phone, but I am not the primary account holder. Is there a way for me to still get a replacement phone?" The employees answer came with a tone suggesting I was the biggest idiot in the world. "The authorized account holder needs to do that," she growled, and then immediately hung up on me, without another word said. When I called back, no one answered. I work retail myself. Its not great, no, but there is no excuse for that level of poor service.

Id like to give zero stars but thats not an option. This place is a complete joke. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I purchased an overpriced screen cover and was told if it ever breaks to come in for a free replacement. Well today it broke, I went in and was told they never offered such a thing. The guy who put it on was there and says well we used to but dont anymore. Being lied to is the worst. I will never return and will be finding a service provider with integrity.

Went in to store in Hazel Dell with a person to trade phones. The person wanted my Env2 and the Girl working there started bashing my Env2 phone like it was the biggest piece of crap ever put out. This has been the most reliable phone I ever had. Needless to say she ruined my trade. She didnt need to open her big mouth and spout off stuff without true facts. Worst customer service I have ever had. I just wish I knew her name. I would never go there again for any reasion.

I WENT IN TO BUY A CHARGER FOR MY KINDLE. THE ASSOCIATE THAT HELPED ME WAS THE STORE MGR ERIC After looking at my kindle he asked if I had the charger for my cell phone, and if I did, I could use that to charge my kindle. I thought it was quite admirable that even though he knew that I was quite willing to buy the charger he solved my problem without it costing me a penny. That kind of customer service deserves praise.

Tristan was Awesome! I came into the local Verizon store to inquire about a couple apps and to see if my phone compatable. Tristan not only verified the compatibility, but also assisted me in loading the apps! Very helpful and not condescending to a gal that is not very smart phone technical. This office has provided me with excellent service each time. They helped me purchase the prefect phone for my needs, Samsung 6, years ago which is still a good choice. Whenever I have a question or need help Tristan remembers me, greets me with a warm "how are you and how can I help". In no time he clears any concerns. He is very knowledgeable. I had no wait today.

Awesome experience. The gal I worked with was able to upgrade my phone, while the Verizon online rep told me that a 3rd party was my best bet. She went above and beyond walking through my options and was very candid about them. I am not the most technologically literate person but she explained everything in easy to understand terms. I will definitely go back.

Outstanding customer service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to help you. I had a phone that I couldnt get to charge and the young man working there today grabbed a charger and got it to work. Both of the associates today were kind and friendly to me and my daughter while we waited to let the phone charge a bit. THANK YOU!

I absolutely loved working with Richard, and bought 3 or more phones from him. However, management in their wisdom did not appreciate him as much as I did, and he is no longer at GoWireless. I went in to the store on Sunday, August 16, 2015, and was helped by Katherine, and she was very good as well, and I give her 5 stars for her helpfulness.

Tristan did a great job going over our options and figuring out the best phone and phone plan for my husband and myself. In all the Verizon stores I go to and I go to them all over the country, Merced cailf,palm spring cailf, Daytona Florida, Orlando Florida,etc. This is by far the friendly, most efficient store of all of them . l always walk out of there feeling better than when I walk in . the manager , Eric along with his crew are the best.

I just bought a new Samsung 7. They were very helpful in setting up phone. I had some problems with the phone and they were patient with me and helped me get my messaging to work by calling My Verizon. My husband and I are very pleased with the helped they have given up!!!!
