I got a company phone but someone there doesnt set the data up right so I go back to get it working. They say they cant "even get into the account" without the account pin, which, ok, fine. I get it, come back a when I have time again, give it to them, then they say they cant "get into the account" without talking to one of the points of contact, who obviously dont answer their phones because the only time I can go in is after business hours. Really? You cant just hit the button and fix the problem? To make some phone to have the service its being paid for to have? UUUUGGHHH

My wife and I visited this Verizon Store recently, and it was by far the best experience we have had at any such store. We were helped at one point or another by Kira Harmon, Kelsey Best, and Samuel Dahl. All 3 showed exemplary service and were a pleasure to be around. Kira was our primary helper and happily and clearly informed us of all our options. Ill use this store if at all possible in the future!
