Tried to get another screen protector for my phone, she said they dont offer the style I have anymore and I would have to purchase another one..purchased one with a lifetime warranty..seems to be the lifetime of the screen protector is all the warranty is good for, never again will I enter that store, I will drive 20 miles to a Verizon store..everyone I talk to about this store will never go back

Costumer service in a retail store Was the worst I have every experienced. The two young ladies in the store were condescending and very disrespectful to any and all questions I had about Verizon plans and upgrade options. TCC needs to reconsider their employee qualifications.

Im not quite sure that I understand the 5 star ratings for this store. Anything that you would go in to this store for, you can do either online or by calling Verizon directly. In fact, calling Verizon is all that this store can and will do for you.
