Horrible customer service, I switched to metro pcs and the next day after the activation I notice I was not able to make calls or use the internet because of the bad signal. I call to cancel and to switch back to my phone company. The sales person said he will talk to the manager about getting a refund. They would only refund me the phone minus the $15 restocking fee , so pretty much like $5, but not the plan that cost me $40, I let them know that is not fair because I only had the phone for 2 days and that I cant even use it, cant make or receive calls, they did not care. They said that is noted on the receipt that they cannot refund the plan which is a lie. I call corporate and they refund me for the plan. So dont believe them they lie and they have really bad customer service and on top they lie about the contract. Call corporate instead. when I call back to the store to let them know of the results when calling corporate Manager Garry said " oh one bad review out of one hundred good dont really care"

I went to the capital mall in tears because my phone hadnt worked in 4 days and soyna from the aberdeen store wouldnt help me she was very rude to me but anyways the 2 guys at the capital mall metro pcs were amazing they worked for an hour trying to get my phone to work Gary and William are very sweet gentle people I am going to that store from now on they were so goods to me by the time I left i had a new phone with a case and upgraded service with a smile on my face thankyou so much for the respect that you show to your customers and the sincere apologies that you give to your customers of metro pcs even if they come to you with a problem from another store it means alot again thank you.

I have never had a good experience with this phone company or the customer service they provide until this gentleman helped me out and explained exactly what I was paying for and what I could do without. I enjoy the freedom of not having a phone company that binds me to a long contract. The phone service is high in most places, the same amount of service as my last big name phone company. There are regular phone upgrades available, where I can chose from high quality phones as low as $30. They also have upgrades for free phones.
