Im always amazed at how professional and sweet the guys at this MetroPCS are. I sometimes come late and they stay open just to help me out and I just got two phones this evening and got all my data transferred in a few minutes. Ive been going to this store for 3 years now and Ive been extremely happy with the customer service and assistance I get each time. To the girl "Missy G" who posted that awful and dishonest review, she actually used to work for them and I met her at the Fife and Puyallup stores when she was tweaking out on meth and heroin and LITERALLY LEFT THE STORE WHILE IT WAS OPEN WITH CUSTOMERS STILL THERE AND COMING!!!

My husband bought a $30 phone case with a clip. The owner took the case out of its packaging and put it on my husbands phone, we paid and walked out. 2 hours later the clip broke, when we tried to bring it back to trade it for a new one the owner said he wouldnt do it without the receipt he never gave us.. Make sure u get ur receipts from this guy! Absolutely no morals or respect. He just wants money.
