In June, my husband and I each bought a Note 5. We have a business account, with about 10 lines, not all are active. In July, my bill was very low, and I assumed it was due to the rebates we received. In August however my bill went up by $250. I couldnt see on the bill why it would go up. I went into the store and they could not figure it out either so they told they would take the amount off. Septembers bill was even higher, ($450 to $783). I called customer care, did online chat, but they couldnt help me. I looked at my equipment balance. It went from $2000 total to over $6000! So I researched it, and starting in June, they added 6 IPhone 6S Plus phones, a Galaxy S7 edge, a fit bit, a charging port for the samsungs, and about 7 "unknown devices." I went into T-Mobile (tv hiwy) and they told us that their "ex manager" had been screwing with peoples accounts and they were cleaning them up, and would call me in a few days with the resolution. Now, its a week later, no call back and I currently have a $2000 bill (Octobers bill has just come out, its even higher) and now T Mobile is threatening to shut off my service. I called and spoke to the new store manager who was supposed to be helping and he brushed me off, told me to call "Financial Services." Youd think, since the issue is with a former T Mobile employee they wouldve fixed it in the store. NOPE, they basically told me I was on my own. Horrible service!!!!!!

Had a problem with my phone and needed to upgrade. They were busy but apologized and said they would get to me asap. The rep NeyNey was very resourceful and she was just back from being sick the manager was happy to have her back. She showed me the best buy for my budget and worked with the manager Jared to get me the deal I wanted for my budget. 6 dollars a month new phone happy camper. Most everyone of these stores no matter where you go what carrier are busy, getting in and out is rare unless you are there at opening. Very much appreciated the going the extra mile to help me find the best buy and get me going . Thanks NeyNey & Jared hope I am spelling that correctly. Have a wonderful Summer : )

WARNING: This is not a real T-Mobile Store! It is third-party owned and operated under contract. What this means is that you will not get the same service you would get at a normal T-Mobile store. They will try hard to sell to you to the point they will even decline to perform services that a normal T-Mobile store would do (like activating a SIM card) and will tell you that you must buy something instead.

Had to wait 20 minutes before anyone even acknowleded me. Then i was told i had to come back and speak to the manager. When i came back at the time i was told, i was again told i would have to wait. Naenay was rude and condescending. The "looks" she gives the customers are obnoxious. I also heard her flat out lie to a customer about a phone judt to make the sale. I would not go to this store

BEWARE! THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE T-MOBILE STORE! Please dont let them trick you! It is a "T-mobile retailer" owned by a 3rd party. Employees lack knowledge and training, and are purely commissioned based. Please, please, please dont waste your time here, go to the Tanasbourne or Cedar Hills T-mobile where you will find a real t-mobile associate and appropriate service.

I give 5 stars to Emily! She is the heart and soul of this store. I have had interactions with the other customer service reps and I am sorry to say they rate a 1. The ONLY reason I come into the store is because she is such an exceptional person and a shining star. My friends who shop this store have told me the same thing. You are very lucky to have her!

I was waiting for 40 minutes just to return something. I guess going to a mobile retail store is like going to a car dealer. I guess its not entirely the employees fault, as most people that come in to get new phones are not tech savvy at all and get offered to have their phone set up.

If they say "sure, we will hold that phone for you." Dont count on it. I get you want the spiffs and cant wait for someone to come in if someone else wants it and is there but at least have a 24 hour policy on holding something for a customer you promised you would.

Micheal and Cristal were great when I got my new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge today. I went in and they guided me to the best phone for my use and a great price as it had just been reduced in price. I cant say enough of the service I received today.
