Verizon tells its story in advertising that is completely opposed to the way they actually treat their customers. Verizon treats customers as though the customer has to qualify to be served. No one gets service witout waiting twice as long as the clerk that took your name and put you on the list said you would have to wait. The sadest part is there are customers that dont even realize how Verizon uses this treatment to put customers into a frame of mind that they are "lucky" to get service from Verizon. If you have a complaint, by the time you get service you will be be thankful you are able to get served. It is much like the charade car dealers put customers through when they decide to buy the car. The salesman acts like he us working for you, trying to get the sales manager (boss) to agree to give you the deal you thought you had. It is never a visible process. For all you know the salesman is the only one manipulating the deal. He only gets you to think he is on your side and that someone else is involved. Think about it. Verizon is imposing their will on you. You will be put through a process to put you in the frame of mind most conducive to their purposes. It seem obvious to me, "Verizon is the equivalent of the proverbial used car dealer, in the cellular business." My experience is the only people that spend less than 30 minutes at a Verizon store are the ones that just wanted to look at something without a Verizon person bothering them, or someone that wouldnt sit and wait for service.

Walked in about 6 pm and there were 4 employees all helping people. No problem - we were the only other people in the store, so we had to be next! In the next 20-30 minutes, 3 of the other customers were checked out, but the employee helping them disappeared into the back? There was just one left at the front counter helping a customer, so I said I wanted to ask before we left what we needed to do for help. She looked up with a blank-ish stare and didnt answer. I went on and explained about the disappearing salespeople. She said that there was a shift change. I said no one even acknowledged us. She said thanks for letting her know. This was the second bad experience here. Went on down the road to Hawks Prairie Go Wireless and had a fabulous experience.

You have to check in to be helped. Long wait times. Went in to get a Samsung watch and they had no idea what they were talking about. He said if I want the watch it has to have its own phone number witch is false, It does not, and that there will be activation fees etc. I called Verizon and ordered over the phone, boom, had it the next day. No activation fees, no b*llsh*t. This store is absolutely horrible. Ive been there a half a dozen times and everytime it is terrible. Dont waste your time with these clowns.

Avoid at all costs!! Waited 30 minutes while 3 other customers were helped only to have all three employees go into the back room when they were done and not come back. We were the only ones in the store and they just left without saying a word. By the looks of them, they couldnt wait to go smoke another bowl. Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to Hawks Prairie go wireless and had what I needed in 10 minutes, the excellent customer service we got was worth the few extra dollars.....

Got a phone that had problems, took it back. The young woman who helped us was very condescending when asked if she would download our pics contacts etc to the new phones, said we should do it ourselves, because how are we going to learn if we dont! Came back the next day, very frustrated, and a young man named Shane helped us, he was very polite, knowledgeable and helped us thru it all. I would give him 5*! But the store only 2* for our frustration with the young woman employee!!

I cannot stand the customer service, if you can call it that, from this Verizon store. I used to use the Verizon Store in Federal Way and they were awesome. I guess I am going to have to drive up to Federal Way to get the customer service I am used to. The manager looks like an 18 year old who never has any answers. Horrible experience, horrible service.

I was in and out in 26minutes flat w/ Full iphone upgrade, no time waiting. Aubrey was a ROCKSTAR! Thank you Aubrey. The rest of the staff were busy helping others and not standing around.

The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you set up your phone completely. This sometimes can lead to longer wait times. But you wont leave without your questions answered.
