Sent my Dad in to get a new phone (I have him on my account). Talked to him after the getting the phone, extremely agitated and frustrated. I called the store and talked with the employee that worked with my Dad. He had an answer for everything. Didnt do anything specifically wrong. Just didnt listen to my Dad (or me really), and be patient with his needs. When my Dad doesnt know what or why they are doing things, its frustrating. By the way, I had called earlier to ensure experience would go well. "Oh sure, well take good care of him". DIDN"T happen. When I called them after my Dad explained his experience. The guy at Verizon just didnt give me a good deal confidence that he really cared. Technically correct..I guess. Hes not looking at from an 85 year old and how he experienced the transaction. My suggestion...go to Albany.... to the real Verizon store. I usually get better service from the real Verizon stores compared to the "authorized dealer.

I had quite the experience with Verizon this week. Updating to IOS 10 caused my phone to just die, basically. I spent an entire day on the phone with customer service trying to have a new phone sent to me. Enthusiastically waiting my phone to arrive, I was crushed to find out it was sent to my parents house (who is the account holder). I recalled customer service and they overnighted the replacement again. It arrived the next morning as anticipated. I brought my new phone into Lebanon Verizon and Jay was awesome. He helped me with everything I needed and was super understanding of my frustrations. If you got problems.... GO SEE JAY!!

I have been a customer with these guys for a long time. However, when I walk into a store to inquire about iPhone pricing, I do not want to hear is how Apple is a "horrible business partner" that is "hard to work with." I want to hear how I can get into a new iPhone. Tonights experience reminds me of when I first went to these guys for an iPhone. The sales person tried and tried and tried to switch me over to an Android like he did on the customer before me. It wasnt until I finally got him to sign me up for an iPhone that I got him to admit they were making kickback commissions on every Android sale.

WHAT A JOKE! This store doesnt care about their locals or honoring what they say. Youre better off to go to Albany and go to Costco or the ACTUAL Verizon store on Pacific Blvd. Dont waste your time. Here theyll screw up your bill, charge you extra for things you really dont need, and tell you that you have a warranty-only to tell you months later that they wont honor said warranty any longer. This establishment doesnt care about their customers, thats clear by the employees lack of desire to help the employees in the store during my latest visit. What a disappoint for a small town store.

Very helpful employees with great energy. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in this store. They even charged my phone for me while I was there, so it didnt die while I was getting the upgrade on my tablet. I appreciated their knowledge and their enthusiasm. I also liked the fact that they were able to answer all of my questions and did so in a way that was professional, yet had a personal touch that made me feel comfortable and at ease. I left with a smile on my face, a phone with a charged battery and a really cool new tablet!

Initially I asked my son to visit the store for issues concerning my Verizon bill. I was feeling distraught and upset . In may i purchased an i phone.at that time i was offered the promotional tablet . I was told it would only raise bill little. Six hundred more! Caleb a lebanon employee was more than willing to help. He did everything in his power and then some to put my heart and mind at ease, he spent over an hour adjusting talking and explaining to me. He trulywent above and beyond . I am satisfied..

The guys there are awesome. The Women are condescending and suck at customer service. She was unable to to for me what the did just a few weeks earlier in the same store. None of this would have happened if the first phone worked properly. I ended up just going to Albany. The looked at my license, gave me the SIM card that Lebanon was going to charge me 10 bucks for. You dont scold your customers, especially in front of other customers. Ill just go to Albany, less frustration

I had a phone that needed an unusual process to become active. Steven was most patience contacting tech services twice. After following their lead, he cleared my phone, found information, contacts, and pictures. He helped me with setting up new settings and apps. This process was time consuming. His patience was phenominal. While I was there both he and the manager, Josh, helped another customer with patience

Alex Estrada is so AMAZING he is always so helpful and very friendly all the time.I will tell all my friends to go to him.I bought a new apple phone there the other day and he walked me thru it and showed me how to use it. My daughter is needing a new phone soon and will be going to him too.The other people that work there are very friendly too.The manger is awesome too.

I went in to get an upgrade and was unsure of which phone to get. Josh told me a little bit about each phone that I was considering and decided to go with the Note5. The customer service was great, I got all my questions answered and left feeling very confident about my decision in the Note5. The other consultants were very friendly too. Very pleased with my service.

Customer service was excellent, Joshua B. Was both knowledgable and professional while helping us with our multiple questions between choosing new phones as well as arranging us into a new plan. Four adults on one plan can be hard to reconcile but everyone left feeling satisfied and heard. I would highly recommend him to a friend.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. My aunt joined verizon almost 2 weeks ago. Order a new phone. Was told it would be here in a few days. We are know going on 2 weeks and no phone. All they keep telling her is that it should be here in a few days. REALLY!!! If we ordered it online we would have it over night.

Dont bother going to this store if you are a Verizon customer. I have tried going to them twice and they were unable to help me either time. They are a Verizon authorized store. I ended up making two stops instead of one. Skip this stop and just make your way to the actual Verizon store in Albany, Corvallis, or Eugene.

The Verizon store in Lebanon, OR is amazing!! The store manager Josh is fantastic and so helpful. We always receive the best service and leave satisfied. All of the employees are friendly. Ask for Josh he will get you all setup and make sure you understand what you are getting.

My phone died and I went here for help. They said my phone was dead and sold me a new phone. But come to find out my phone just needed the sim card reset. Took the new phone back and had to eat $50 of restocking fees. Dont go here, go to Albany for a honest deal.
