Last Friday I bought a new Samsung Galaxy 8 phone. I happened to be near the Bridgeport Verizon store, so bought it there. (I did not know that salespeople are on commission and that each store is independent of another.) A tech named Nick helped me. Pleasant, but seemed in a hurry to make the sale and get on with it. I could not remember by gmail password so he said he could not download anything from my old phone, other than my contact list. I told him I lived closer to Wilsonville and would have to go home and get the password, and would take the phone to the Wilsonville Verizon for the transfer of information. He said fine, and handed me a sheet of paper on how to do it myself. Due to very busy traffic, I ended up stopping in Wilsonville at the Verizon store to ask about transferring from one phone to another. The manager, Alan, explained that there would be a fee to do a transfer of info, since I did not buy the phone there. He then explained that this happens often, people buy their phones at busy stores, the sales reps do very little to help, and then people come to the smaller stores for help. That is when I found out that each store is owned by different entities, and that employees are paid by commission. The download/transfer takes a lot of a salesmans time - the person who sells the phone should do this. Alan asked if the other sales rep offered to just set up a new Google password for me. I said No. So Alan very kindly set up a new password, did all the transfers from my 6-year-old phone to my new phone, including photos. ALL AT NO CHARGE. He even put his name and contact info into my phone so I could easily contact him. (The guy who sold me the phone did not bother to do that.) I told Alan I was tempted to take my new phone back to the Bridgeport store, pay the $35 re-stocking fee and whatever other fees, and come back and buy a new phone from Alan. He shook his head and said that was too much hassle for me. So I told him I would tell everyone about what a great manager he is! He is like the "Les Schwab" of customer service for Verizon. I hope his employer reads these reviews and gives him a raise. Alans attitude and helpfulness are stellar! I urge everyone to buy from the Wilsonville Verizon store!! You wont be disappointed!

Joseph completely unwound every negative idea I had about wireless stores. To start, the only time I have been to wireless stores is to activate used phones I get off of Craigslist since I had been unwilling to waste money doing any of those stupid finance plans they have. Every time I go to these stores to do this, I am left with a bad taste in my mouth because the representatives know there is no money to be made off me for this and they show their resentment through the entire process. This time, I went in for the same reason, but the experience was COMPLETELY different. Joseph took the time to look at my plan and helped me realize that I could get a brand new iPhone 7 AAAND decrease my phone bill a little bit by explaining how the combined discounts worked! I thought it was way too good to be true, but having done the math in detail, it was 100% legit. He was so professional, so courteous, so patient, so understanding and hands down, the best wireless representative you could ever work with. Thanks to Joseph and thanks to GoWireless for the promotional deals that worked magic! I may live in Portland, but I will make the trip out to Wilsonville to do my wireless shopping any day!

Got to the store a bit late, around 7:40pm which was 20 minutes before closing time. Ryan was our customer service rep and was more than willing to still help us with our upgrades knowing hed have to stay late to complete the process. He went above and beyond by showing me all the features of several phones I was interested in. It wasnt until 930pm that we were finished and headed out the door with a smile on our faces and a lower monthly bill. We have been using a different location and sales rep for the past 5 years and decided last minute to stop by this new location. Well....Im completely sold on the level of customer service and hospitality of this store. Will be recommending this location and Ryan specifically to all my friends and family!

Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Alan helped me to select the phone best suited for my needs as I described them to him and then spent as much time with me as I needed to understand the basic operational use of my phone. I called the store a few days after buying my phone and Brian provided meaningful answers to my questions, all of which helped me to understand functional aspects of my phone about which I had forgotten to ask Alan. Great people, great store, great phone.

Came here to get my 2 year upgrade. I have never seen a store full of such incompetent employees. Everything took three times as long as it should, the two guys kept telling me different things, I was lied to multiple times about when my phone would arrive, and finally they shipped it to NY (where I lived about eight years ago). I had to pay for shipping back to OR myself and was not compensated. Their response when I brought it up: "Sorry dude". Avoid this store a tall costs.

Did you think customer service was a thing of the past? Alan, the Wilsonville store manager, practices wonderful customer service! I had a unique circumstance in switching from another carrier to Verizon with a device failure and he didnt stop until he was able to find a solution for me AND a solution that was easy and at no added cost to me. Great job Alan!

Alan who is the store Manager was absolutely wonderful. He made my experience very delitefull , quick , easy , simple and effertless. This shows me that he knew what he was doing and that is not always the case. Would recommend this store to all my friends and family . Also best part is that I dont have to wait 45 minutes to be helped like other places.

The Wilsonville go Wireless Store has the best customer service that Ive come across in Oregon or Arizona. They take all the time that it necessary to solve your problems and explain how they found the solution. I have never had any of the representatives at this store not be courteous and knowledgeable. It is store of choice!!]
