I visited this store for the first time the other day, and after having went to two other locations in the Portland area, the manager, Sarah, and another employee, Alex, were able to get me what I needed without taking me through a thousand processes before tackling what I came in for originally. From the time I walked into the store to the time I left feeling more than satisfied, I was treated with the utmost respect and was given the attention I look for when visiting a place of business. Once Sarah had done what I needed, she asked me if I had a few minutes for her to take a look at my Verizon account to ensure that I was on a plan that best fit me, and after I said yes, within minutes we figured out that switching to their new Unlimited plan saves me $20 a month. I would recommend the GoWireless store in Sherwood to any Verizon customer who wants a customer-focused experience in a cell phone store. These people seem to actually want to get you what YOU need, rather than pitching you too many unnecessary products.

I have always had the best costumer service experiences at the Sherwood Verizon store. The last few times takes the cake... My husband unfortunately passed away in Nov. from a fatal motorcycle accident. When I was ready to take him off the Verizon plan Sarah and another wonderful employee were there to help me. They made it so I didnt have to pay off the rest of my husbands phone payment(it was destroyed in the accident) and they took extra steps to make sure I did not loose any pictures/videos/audio of my husband and our 9 month old daughter, which was obviously very important to me. Then this past week I broke my phone and came back into the same store, hoping that one of those wonderful women were there to help me. Thankfully Sarah was there and again went above and beyond to make sure I didnt loose any of my precious pictures/videos/audio of my family. She made the experience painless and easy for me. I would definitely suggest this store to ANYONE who needs help with their Verizon devices.

On 11/24/14 I went in to buy a new phone and the sales staff talked me into also trying an Ellipsis7 tablet - "free after rebate". I didnt really want a tablet, but was told I had 14 days to return it if I did not want it. They failed to mention that there was a $75 restocking fee for tablets. Shame on me, I didnt read the fine print that there was a $75 restocking fee, but they should have told me that in the store while they were talking me into the device. 10 days after I returned the Ellipsis7 tablet GoWireless had failed to remove the device from my Verizon account. After multiple calls to both Verizon and GoWireless customer service I was told the only way I could get the device removed from my account was to physically come in the store again - another hour wasted on what was supposed to be a free tablet that ended up costing me $75 plus all these headaches. Talk about frustration!!!

The couple times iv been here they didnt have real phones on display. Dont go here for tech support either. The one time I went they were no help and one of my family members went here and also got no useful help. Instead, they wanted to do a factory reset on a phone that wasnt receiving emails on mobile data... thats a big of an extreme jump. If ur computer iant getting emails u dont reinstall windows. If they would have look at the application settings they would have found that it hasnt been setup. Im not a phone person and i was able of figure this out in minutes.

I had a problem trasfering data from my old phone to my new phone. The Verizon store I bought my phone from said they didnt do that any more and that I could do it on my computer at home. I spent a couple hours trying to get it done but no luck. As soon as I entered the Verizon store in Sherwood, Or. the store employes were ready to help me. They started the transfer process and showed me how to continue with it when I arrived home. Excellent service and consideration for a boomer not so good on the phone. Thank you! Fred Chiamulera

Went in to activate a replacement phone. The girl working the front desk couldnt get the phone to activate. The rest of the staff was in the back having a meeting and there was no one else willing or able to come help her. She handed me my phone, told me to find a different phone and call customer service. I went in to the physical store so I wouldnt have to call customer service because calling in always is the worst. 2 stars because the first time I went in the young man actually new how to do his job.

The best experience Ive ever had at a Verizon wireless. Sarah the store manager helped us the whole time and answered all our questions. She was extremely knowledgable and patient with us. She took the time to get our phones all set up, even my mail. She was kind to our children and stayed to help us even though it was late. She seriously is the best manager I have ever seen! Ask for Sarah and you will be in great hands! Finally a manager that is as good as the service provider ;)

I switched my family over from Sprint to Verizon and the service in the Sherwood store was so out of this world amazing that I actually had my company switch my corporate phone from AT&T to Verizon as well. Christina and Sarah are by far, the most friendly, knowledgeable and caring team I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond in getting us seamlessly switched over and Christina continues to take care of us every time were in the store. She makes us feel like family!

Went in there with the intention of purchasing a plan. No one came up to help us, we finally figured out they only receive people at the counter... and then there was next to no real help in showing us what plan we should get... We went straight to the AT&T up the street on 99 and we got a better deal and excellent customer support. The guys name was Jordan, I remember that because he told us his name and because he genuinely tried to help us out.

Sarah is awesome!!!! She always takes her time with customers and makes sure they are comfortable using the products before leaving the store. Sherwood is out of the way for my normal day to day and there are 3 verizon stores that are more convienent for me to go to but they dont match up to the great customer service!!!

This will be the store that I come to. Sarah was so patient with me and took her time help me with my new phone. This is the place that I would recommend to all my friends and family. If you want good service make sure that Sarah is there to help you and you wont be disappointed.

After a long day searching for a Pixel we landed in the Sherwood, OR . Chrisrina the sales Rep was great to work with. Sarah the stores manager suggested the current trade in old phone program...saved me $200! This was my best Verizon experience thus far. Thank you ladies!
