I love metro pcs its by far the best pre-paid i have ever had and a lot of people claim to have unlimited internet at high speed 4G LTE most of them dont actually have that MetroPCS far as I can tell does because I used over 50 gigs of data this month and I never once slowed down ever never had any connection problems downloading problems no problems whatsoever everything was high speed fast and Im talking Im on Netflix every single day for hours at a time Facebook YouTube tt games playing high speed internet type games on my phone you name it Ive probably done it and do it everyday so hands down best company Ive ever had and their employees that work there especially Victor at highway 99 store he is awesome probably the coolest guy Ive ever met

For the most part the MetroPcs sales reps ive encountered over the years have had no customer service skills at least. Typically theyre flat out rude. However Zack(sp), has been the most personable, kind, and respectful cellular phone sales representative ive ever had dealings with. Not only that he is VERY knowledgeable about the products and services he sells. I would give him ten stars if it was an option. I highly recommend that if you want an enjoyable cell phone buying experience you go to this location and ask for Zack.

I was at the new store on 88th Street and I absolutely love the service I received! Kira was awesome I recommend anyone looking for great deals and wonderful customer service to check out this store! I didnt even plan on getting anything but I walked out completely happy purchasing a new phone and Bluetooth speaker!!
