This place acually does care about happy customers. I had an iPhone 6 that I smashed out of pure frustration (the worst phone I have ever owned) I live right in downtown Hillsboro so this phone store is the closest resale shop near me. Not only did the guy behind the counter find me a replacement phone that I love btw, he also purchased my smashed iPhone from me and made my purchase only 20$!! Plus he hooked me up with 2 car chargers and of course a regular charger for home. He also got me rehooked up, new phone working and everything. I am really glad I came to this place for my cell phone needs, I got a way better deal than I expected and the phone he replaced my iPhone with is way better in my opinion. I got the L70 by LG and couldnt be happier! Thank you 2nd hand wireless!

I made a call to 2ndHandWireless today (June 27, 2017) and the guy answers and goes "2ndHandWireless" he had like this ugh... in his voice and it didnt seem like the type of place to be very customer freindly and I was reading some of the reviews on here and it surprised me the way I was talked to see how everyone is saying that they have great customer service and all. He could of at least said "2ndHandWireless. What can I help you with today?" Instead of saying "2ndHandWireless" with a tone that seemed like he didnt like his job or he doesnt care. But when I think of a buissenes I think of wonderful customer service not a tone of depression in the employee Im talking too.

I had my iphone 6 stolen from me a couple of weeks ago, from a starbucks in Beaverton. The other day, I got an email from a lady in California asking for help getting into the iphone she just bought on ebay. We have a little back and forth, then I tell her that I will help her access the phone if she can help me find the person who sold it to her. The name I got in return was one Brooks Doherty, of this location. I shall be going to meet him now. Edit: Mr. Doherty has been very kind and helpful in this matter. He is an honest, hardworking man, and is not holding a gun to my head right now... ***** ☺️

I arrived at 5:36. the sign on the door said they were open until 5:30. the time on google, super pages, and yelp state they are open till 6:30 on Mondays. i informed the person through the glass that the internet says this store is open until 6:30, i know exactly what i want, and will buy within 5 minutes. the gentleman inside said "not my business". needless to say i will not be going back. i will not recommend this to anyone. i will have to find another store.

These guys are honest and very helpful. Theyre laid back but still professional. I was in a pinch to find a cheap phone when I started college and sell my smartphone. The only reason I didnt give them five starts is the parking lot is kinda small and I personally dont care for Downtown Hillsboro. So that isnt even their fault.

Honest business. Great go to for replacement phones. Inexpensive. Warrantees are golden. Nice people. My go to guy. I buy all my replacement phones from Second Hand Wireless. If you dont want a contract and you dont want to pay too much, give these guys a try. They have phones for all carriers.
