So I was having difficulty with my phone and I had called Verizon on the phone after many attempts to fix my problem they were unable to help me.. I was sent to Best Buy.. tried The Geek Squad.. after I told him what I tried they would not even attempt to help me.. the Samsung agent in that store didnt want to help me if I was not going to make a purchase..so later that day I was shopping at the Shoppes at Gateway and decided.. hey Ill just pop into the Verizon store and see if maybe I can get somebody there to help me.. anytime Ive had a difficulties or questions they were always willing to help and always have great advice.. the only associate in the store at the time of my visit was Gil.. as I explained everything I have "said" above to him he was "playing" with my phone looking through things and such.. he fix my phone!!! it took him all of five minutes to fix my phone.. so having been through such difficulties to get my phone fixed I responded to what to me at the time was a miracle by threatening to hug Gill which he smiled at and then offered me his hand after a firm shake I was happily on my way.. when all these other people were unable or unwilling he came through.. so if you ever, ever, ever need assistance of any kind the Verizon store at the Shoppes at Gateway is the place to go..

Staff or manager here both kind of had an attitude I was looking for something that didnt have and they didnt want to waste their time plus they do not direct Bill to my Verizon account what else should I expect from a mall.
