Worst customer service. Guy didnt believe me when I told him my Verizon PREPAID account number!! Said he would know better than me because he works there. Called me a waste of time and wouldnt let another employee help me!! I even showed him the number on my phone and through the Verizon website. He wouldnt even TRY it! Went to a different location and explained what had happened. They used my account number and had me ported in no time! I will never use this location again!!

Robert and the crew at the heritage mall kiosk are very helpful. When I came in (just now) with an issue that is extremely important to my family and my own safety and concern. Robert helped me without any hassle whatsoever, and the crew have been very helpful everytime I need assistance. You guys rock! Great experience here with switching over from Virgin Mobile. The customer support called them to assist with the switching process, and saved me a headache. Only two days in, but Im already happier with Metro PCS than any other cell phone company Ive used.

I dropped my phone and it broke and they said I had to deal with it even though I have 7 days to bring it back. YOU CAN NOT MAKE SOMEONE DEAL WITH A BROKEN PHONE!!!!!!
