Me camvie de servicio telefonico con metro PCS y fue una experiencia buena y agradable los servicios k ahoy en dia otorgan a sus nuevos clientes. Incluye llamadas inlimitadas y internet rapida y tamvien otorgan gratuitamente un nuevo celular con buena tegnolojia gracias al personal de metro PCS y gracias a su personal x tan amables. Y atentos y a un ay mas. Ofertas dispinibles preguntes y ellos tienen respuetas a cualkier pregunta sujerida k usted decie . gracias x su atencion. Y k tengan un lindo dia de parte de PCS y yo su servidor amigo mario rodarte. Gracias x su su tiempo compartido

The employees at this location are daft and the customer service is ultimately terrible. When i signed up for a phone, my only request was for a local 360 number so that my mom (who is elderly and does not have long distance) could call me. My moms heart is failing, she is in and out of the hospital and she is towards the end of her life.. I came back to the country just to spend time with her. She hasnt been able to call me, because I was given a 360 Longview number. When I called the store to explain the situation and have my number changed, I was told that I had a local number, and I literally had to explain to the employee what local vs long distance is, and they still insisted I had a local number. It took me calling their main office and leaving an honest bad review to have my number changed to a local clark county number, and I also received a credit for my bill. To sum up, dont go to this store, the employees are literally daft, they work in the phone business and dont even understand the very basics. If you do go here, double check everything they do to make sure they dont make mistakes and cause you a headache later, or put you in a situation where your dying mom cant call you.
