I was in town on business, needed a cell phone. Randall, the sales man, was awesome. He knew about the phones they carried, I called about a specific phone, to make sure it was in stock. He said he had it, he made sure it was there the next day for me. Before my planned visit to the store, he called me back and told me about two other phones which might be a better fit, as I had told him what I needed in a phone. (Great, since it gave me time to look at them on the internet, which I didnt) Though there wasnt any sales pressure, I ended up taking his suggestion and buying a slightly more expensive phone. Normal prepaid cellphone sales staff dont even try to sell me a phone, I just buy one. I want more out of a sales person, I want to be "sold" a phone, with no pressure. Thanks! Plus, the store carries cases, which is super important! I always wanted a wallet case too! Now I can totally screw myself over by losing my phone! Yay! Haha

I bought a phone five days ago. The phone works great,the salesman was nice. When he put the screen protector on, he left too many air pockets, and it began to lift. So my girlfriend and I,went in today,and showed it to another guy,but we had problems with this guy before. So I explained the situation, and he gave nothing but attitude to us. I aksed what can be done to correct the screen protector. He went and checked with the manager. He came back and asked for the receipt. My girlfriend and I, both said, " cant you check it on the computer?" He did and got another screen protector, and threw it at me. I told him that I dont know how to do it. So he put it on the phone. When he finished, he said, "We cant keep doing this. " This was the first time this has happened. I am not happy with this Cricket store. The customer service was poor. I do not recommend this location.

I have had nothing but great experiances with this Cricket store. My most recent trip was to trade in my 6 year old cricket phone for a brand new shiny one. The man that helped me was amazing! He was sooo helpful! He helped me make the right decision for me! After I paid for everything, he put my phone case and screen protector on my new phone for me! It was perfect and the screen protector had NO BUBBLES!!!!! He was AMAZING!!!! Ronald W was his name and I am so thankful he is the one that helped me that day!!! Was at the store July 31 2015 at 10:36. Thank you Ronald W! You made my experiance a great one!

Horrible service. I was passed back and forth for more than 5 hours for a mistake that they made that would have turned my service off. And then I had to tell my problem to each one of the people that I got transferred to it wasnt until I requested that they document what was going on that they even bothered to make any notes about it on my account.

This is the best phone store I have ever done business with. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me keep my number and I got a great deal on a new phone. Coverage is great (AT&T towers) and Im paying less monthly for more data. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to dump their current carrier.

Same people have worked here since I moved here four years ago. Excellent, humorous and fast customer service. Wont try to sell you stuff if youre not there to buy stuff. But will offer lots of suggestions on brands and service and share personal experiences with particular brands/products if asked.

If all you want in a phone is to talk to people, for the cheapest price, you might like cricket, until you try to get any sort of customer service or honesty. You will be lied to, ignored, treated poorly, waste lots of your time, and thats on a good day. STAY AWAY!!

I paid Cricket $130 on June 1 for a months service and now they want an additional $130 for last month, a month in which I did not receive services. Oh and I still dont have service on my phone. This is a clear violation of ORS 646.607

Super helpful. Went from $200+ at Verizon to $60 here. Got nice phones for cheap. Reps didnt know much about the phones but tried :) very Happy overall and havent experienced a difference in reception.
