I am a customer aboot mobile my main complaint is when you going to pay your bill thats right you there something down computers broke thats okay but the money complain is theres always one person in there thats so disrespectful their customers to have to wait in line for over 20 to 30 minutes thats the bad part of boot mobile you have to keep waiting in line they can just be one person in front of you and you still wait 20 to 25 minutes cuz they do too much storytelling too much b******* and not taking care of the business matter this that needs to be corrected on this matter Shut Up Click them money next this is not a place for conversation how you doing we going camping tomorrow did you go Fishin how is your grocery trip who cares the person behind you just wants to pay their bills like you and go home stop storytelling at boot mobile this is their main problem they just stand there and like to tell stories for a half hour and do nothing wake up boot mobile you are good company somewhat your service is no better than anybody elses thank you

Unfortunately when an employee takes your money that isnt theirs and says your bill has been payed but in reality they stole it!! Then when you call the manager 15 days later when your phone is shut off she will refuse to look at the camera cause she doesnt "feel the need to check the camera" the fact is this is a decent phone provider but the manager and employees at this location are shady at best and highly unprofessional and it wouldnt be a bad idea to reconsider their choice in management

Stay away from boost. It seems anyone can take your phone and make outrageous changes without your consent. They let anyone do what they want. This location in particular will also make changes to your account at their discretion.
