You can go to any other Metro PCS in town and get more knowledgeable and friendlier service. The staff here is under trained and not very nice. It is the closest one to my house so I have tried them a few times and I will from know on go out of my way to go to another one. I bought and expensive screen protector there because the girl said there was a warranty and that I could just return it for a new one if something happens to this one. She neglected to mention that even though the packaging says to bring it back to the store, this Metro will not exchange it and I have had to leave my phone unprotected while I get one mailed from the manufacturer. Do not go here pick any other store to go to.

I am extremely happy with the help I received. I need to upgrade my phone and plan. I knew what I would need in both and was given very useful information. I already had an idea of the phone I wanted. The manger who assisted me didnt try to upsell me on either plan or phone. Was extremely helpful with changing my carrier and knowledgeable about the phone I wanted.

We always pay early,never have to wait.the only thing I dont like is that I have to pay $3.00 more because I dont pay on line.$3.00 a month adds up and I dont like paying on line.
