Horribile with the new company that took over never enough merchandise to help out with what i needed, only thing they can do is ship to your house with most phone all there phones mainly say out of stock, i thought cell phone store was suppose to have cell phone and not people that just stand around always needing to call to other atores for help to get product in, if u need a phone i wouldnt waist the gas or time. Dont go there. Go to corporate is always better then some knock off store such as north west wireless, corporate is where they have anything u need. They cant even take returns from any other store they make you go all the way back to a corporate store anyways if u wanna return anything like no one wants to do there job or something. And whenever u need management to soeak to i get told hes back in washington. What am i supposed to do if if i cant get help cause no one is tought anything if the management isnt ever there. If I could give zero starts I would. I went in there this evening to buy a charger. The associate seemed nice enough and asked me how my phone was working. I said it was lagging a little bit. He asked me if there were any updates that I hadnt done. I told him yeah, I saw that T-Mobile had an update that I hadnt done yet. This moron tells me go ahead and do the update and your phone will be fine. He said NOTHING about backing up my stuff because theres a chance that the update could FRY MY WHOLE DAMN PHONE!!!!! I will be headed in there tomorrow morning to try to get this figured out. Because now Im out a phone because of this idiots incompetence. I guarantee there will be one less T-Mobile employee by tomorrow.

Awesome customer service! Eric the new manager has a great team that makes you feel more like family. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I really appreciated the extra time they took to help.me, I didnt feel like they were just trying to take my money. Keep up the great work, you guys rock!
