Half these reviews are fake. These people are scammers. I went in with my girlfriend and had added two lines to the account. We had gotten two lg g6s. The guy working there is Trevor had said that it was going to be 20 for the access line and 20 a month for each phone. We had then noticed that there were two 30 dollar charges the next day for the activation fee and a 115 dollar charge as well with a couple other charges. He said that the Bill should be around 200 and that it was going to be an extra 80 bucks for both phones. We went in the next day and he tried to say that it was because of the activation fee which he never explained. When I confronted him about it he had nothing to say because he knew he had not said anything about the activation fee and tried saying we signed a paper. He then had went and got his manger saying we signed this paper and that when we signed it that the paper / iPad stated there was going to be an activation fee which it had never stated that and had just had a box with a x to sign and rudely stated its are fault we didnt read it. He never once showed that there was going to be a activation fee he never showed us his screen what he was doing.

So my father-in-law passed away recently and my husband, mother-in-law & I decided to merge our cell phone accounts together and possibly figure out some of the password complications and everything else without much to work with. Plus I was on a lease plan with another Company. So we actually felt bad for whoever was going to be stuck with us before we even entered this store last Sunday. Needless to say, Nacho saved the day! This guy is an employers dream come true. We know this because we run a business. Without fail, Nacho went above and beyond (for several hours) to set everything straight & with total ease and confidence. I have even been back in a couple of times to finish working out a few kinks. But he has always walked me through things I couldnt quite figure out on my own. The two other guys working there each time we were in were really great & interactive as well. Great job guys! Thanks for making a usually miserable experience an awesome one! Verizon is lucky to have you gents on their team!

Came in to just see what new products they had since I bought my phone. I was immediately greeted by Chris who said he would be the one to take care of me. I told him I was thinking about getting a tablet he helped me out and I got an awesome tablet for an awesome price. The whole time I was there I was chatting with the other employees and customers. Chris and the rest of the employees made it fun and exciting to get a new tablet. I will not go to another Verizon store anymore this my store now and I recommend everyone to go to this store

Horrible. When I got my new phone they were super helpful and even stayed a little late to help. But I just went back in and five people standing around were not interested in helping one bit. I have an issue with my phone and sd card, not sure what its wrong. So they looked around for another card, dropped my phone and then asked if I wanted to buy another sd card! Wow, worthless. If they arent getting a commission they are not interested in helping.

I went in to the store a couple days ago to look at new phones and as soon as i walked in I was provided great costumer service. Nacho was outstanding! He has great people skills and is very knowledgeable all around the store. I definitely will be back especially if you have employees like nacho. All i can say is make sure to stop by you wont regret it. Definitely best store in salem.

Switched over to Verizon today from T-mobile and it was the best decision ever. I was welcomed in with positive attitudes and was told about great deals and thats what convinced me to make the switch. Alan and Chris assisted Nacho with the activation and it was fast, easy, and I got a great deal. I will definitely be back to buy more accessories.

Very excellent help. My favorite worker was Nacho he is a very good helper. Not once did i feel like i was getting scammed. He explained everything perfectly and it was nice to know he cared for my wants and needs. I recommend you ask for Nacho once you walk thru that door.
